OK I have a question for the Buzz users. I just got the purple Buzz Pro with chrome end caps for my Wife yesterday. It keeps shutting off and you need to move the bottom cap to get it to work. If you dont set it down softly it shuts off again.

I dont have the new one but if you can remove your top cap and tighten the connection if it is like the old one try that, use to happen to me a lot on mine but its an older model

I sent an e-mail to NotCigs after I posted here and they already got back to me. I cleaned the bottom cap and bottom of the tube like they said and all seems OK now.

I will say it took days for Provape to get back to me the one time I needed them. NotCigs took only minutes.

Try stretching the spring a bit.

I will say it took days for Provape to get back to me the one time I needed them. NotCigs took only minutes.

I used scoth brite to clean the cap and inside of the tube.
