catherine, don't forget that most men have more strength then we do, so what is easy for them is sometimes very hard for us. Just getting the top off my lavatank the first couple of times I chipped the heck out of it. I think I had my brother push the carto through. I have a small ballpeen hammer that I use for jewelry making that I have to use sometimes to get the carto to move. I'm sure that isn't recommended, but you do what you have to do to make things move. IMHO

Use some of the juice you're filling it with and rub it on the outside of the carto. It'll act as a lube to slide it into the tank. Also helps to use a twisting motion as you put it in.

ok..I lubed the carto and used the twisting motion. The carto went in with much more ease this way. I made sure I could see through the hole. I filled the tank..put the top cap on to the o-ring...laid it on its side and then pushed the top on tight. There is a little "air bubble" at the top of the tank just below the bottom of the top cap. This should be allright? I'll start vaping and see what happens. Then when I re-fill...I only need to take the top cap off and fill...yes?

I wonder if they are selling them because they are struggling with "user stupidity" like I have been. I'm glad I can just post here and get so much help from my jonboy family. I'm in love with my lavatank. just needed some friendly assistance.

yes tyleris12 indeed got it, i just wasnt using it, and really didnt want such a great tank to go unused... ive gone back to using attys, so tank was getting mistreated...
