Is the Magma Lava diameter greater than that of a Silver Bullet? That is sweet!!

My girlfriend lives in Chicago, was just there for Labor Day, can't imagine riding even near the city... What model did you have? I almost bought a Firebolt instead of my SV. Would still love a lightning or ulysses.
Nice ink I actually laughed out loud when I read that. Awesome!

I had an Lightning XB. Swapped out the tail section with the Firebolt's. The whole bike was customized. The exhaust was one off hand made by a guy in N. Carolina. Custom wheels... The only thing left on the bike that was stock was the frame and engine (mostly).

SV's are great bikes. I'm partial to anything with a twin. I likes my torque.

Magma is 1" diameter. Real close to the SB

The Silver Bullet & the Saber Touch are the same diameter as strprswpr said it's real close. The Magma fits the top cap vey well

Well, it's been about 100 pages since mwa posted his exciting attytank creation. Anybody else tried with any success? I have been curiously watching to see where this can go.

I like Attys but I don't bother using them any longer, I would be interested in knowing how long they last and the maintance they need running in a tank. I use CE2's and average 3 - 4 weeks with very simple maintance water rinse & dry burn every couple of tanks. These days I dont even remove the tube from the bottom, just the top cap and silicone cap clean refill good to go

I had been toying with doing it with the LR 510 atty I have here, but there are a good few reasons I'm betting it wouldn't work, the raised metal tubing around the atty being most significant. I'd probably have to put the holes in that, and who knows what other kind if trouble it'd wreck.

I know the UFS can do it, but that thing is expensive.

I think your the only one here using CE2's still. Your a dying breed. Have you tried the carto in the tank yet?

The filler sucks, there are still a few of us around. Most people use carto's because they have trouble with CE'2. I beleive the taste is better with CE'2 cleaner and even in a tank the carto's still burn a little filler. But every one like's different things which is fine with me, what ever works

Does anyone make a ce2 type that is the same size as a standard carto, but has the coil on the bottom? Does that make sense?
