I use TPA flavorings in my staple (all-day-vape) DIY juice. Mixing juice is very much like cooking - to taste. Each flavor can have a relative "strength" compared to others. You have to play with it (especially when mixing more than one together). My particular mix has 25% overall flavoring (combined) in the total finished juice. Some may find this level too much and I have seen other people go as low as 10% and as high as 30% flavorings.Does anyone here mix their own e liquid? I have some TPA flavors like caramel cappucino and kona coffee. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on mixing this. If anyone is able to help, thanks in advance. I'm frustrated right now because I am why in the H I got the flavors not knowing how to mix them!!

I have not used those so I cannot comment on them. However, for example, the "Ripe banana" is a stronger flavor compared to the "Strawberry" which is weaker. So, if I want a 50/50 mix of these (in taste), I play around with various mixes - like 40/60, 35/65, etc. until I get it where I want it. Linda at Perfumersapprentice is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You can email her. She will also be a guest speaker on the Front Porch Vaping with JD & Ole (DIY show) on Thursday 10/20 at 10 PM eastern on ElixirTV here: http://www.syndicateradio.tv/elixir/elixirtv If you want to participate in the chat you will need to get a stickam screen name and password (free) to log in.
Many DIYers advice mixing in very small batches (nic free) to experiment, not using the most expensive ingredient NIC. But, then you have to compensate for the additional dilution when you mix with the nic to keep the overall flavoring % the same.
Hope this helps.
EDIT: BTW, Linda at TPA is NOT a vapor but she REALLY knows the flavorings.
I am relatively new to DIY and just starting to experiment so I do not know how much further help I can be. someone shared a DIY juice and it killed most others for me - flippin addictive - so that is how I got my recipe. But feel free to PM me and I'll share whatever I can. This is awfully nice of you , it helps a lot. Do you mind if I pm you shortly?
