I don't nap at work. I utilize a Stress Level Elimination Exercise Plan
Actually I have been known to stretch out on the couch in our break room and catch a powernap on my lunch break. As for when I'm on the job though, there's really no way for us to nap...kind of hard when you're talking on a radio all day.

As another business owner, it doesn't matter where I sleep... "me" time no longer exists
I do have a vague recollection of the concept tho 
Now that I am retired, I am re-discovering the meaning of 'nap'. hehe......also the realization of what it means to enter ones 'second childhood'.

Today was a nice sunny fall day here in WV....But rain is coming....blah... we have had enough rain to last all season tho.. funny how some places are uber saturated and some are in severe drought. Really weird stuff happening with the weather these days.....

yes the weather seems to be all messed up ... we really only get two seasons anymore .... hot season and cold season lol
