Couldn't agree more. It WAS you, GiMante. :) I figured as much. Congrats are in order. Hopefully Ty and I will be able to score one in the next batch so I too can have a Pink Zebra to keep my Bubblegum Pearl company.

The other Crushed Silver just arrived!! Thanks Jon!

For the GGTB and Empire I'll probably lose the 901 to 510 adapter and just use Boge 808 cartos in the tank. That way the tank will sit directly on top of the PV.

Still waiting on a custom etched Black Chrome SB - when I get that, I'll post another pic. I suspect this tank will look AMAZING on a Black Chrome SB.

I especially like it on the blue Darwin. Has like a icy / glacier feel to it. Did you have that painted? It's rad. Can't stop looking at it.

hey can you guys throw up some pics of your Lavatanks on the PrecisePlus 18350? Preferably with the flat top? Just wanted to see if it fits really flush against it. thanks!

If it where set dead flush and tight it wouldnt be able to breath and it would be trapped from getting a draw, there has to be somewhat of a space I believe for the tank to work and breath Snoopy.

received my Bronze today... awesome! thanks JB

Quick question:
does anyone use the white rubber carto tip with the tank?
does anyone keep their PV on it's side with the Lava Tank?

I think there are people who do leave the rubber cap on the carto. I don't personally, I find it "breathes" better without it.

I can't answer your second question as I've never done that...

I leave the white silicone cap on as I feel it seals better.
If you're using Boge Cartos you can leave it on its side or even upside down and it won't leak a drop.

yes, i totally agree.. i guess i meant more if it was the same diameter as the main body or does the tank really stick out on the sides on the flat top vs the slant top.

kinda like the Provari... it looks like the Lavatanks were made just for it as it aligns with the Provari' slanted top perfectly... kinda why i always hated how the Lavatanks look on the BuzzPros... :p

i actually used to leave the rubber tip on but found that i got e-nic juice in my mouth from time to time, probably due to some weird condensation effect that would leave the juice on the top. removing it resolved that problem altogether.

the few times i've left mine (Provari) with the tank on it's side, I did flood the carto. However, I have the loose fittings so maybe that's why.
