If you search around your local area you may be able to find a shop that does Anodizing, if you got a triple Anodizing job done on your PV's in a hot pink they would look awesome.

They use that blue at work. I'm going to go out looking for paint to re-paint it. I've seen textured paint I want to try now that I know how to ake the Provari apart.

I have really never had a problem with a tight draw tyb, that's why I didn't try to answer his question, but hopefully someone will come along soon that can help him out...sorry!!

fluff the filler with a phid needle maybe or ....?

Concerning a tighter draw? I remember seeing something like if you push the tank up on the carto, it opens up the draw a bit? And down is a tighter draw. Or maybe the other way around. I haven't had that issue yet.
