I think Grammie uses them, maybe she'll chime in on this. I'm very interested as well, I haven't ordered any yet but was planning to soon.

After I fill them, I blow thru the bottom to clear the tube. Then set them aside inside a tissue folded several times (I have a little box with holes drilled in them to set the tanks upright in their tissues. You may get a little dab leaked but nothing major at all, not enough to overflow to make any kind of mess. I'm running them on the Helix as well. Great flavor, minor if any leaking. I find punching them with the jig and punch to work better than the saddle valve. The Boges I use the saddle valve, works great.

Here's a quote direct from Jon (I think it's a page or two back)

"Here's a tip maybe you haven't come across yet. I slide an 18g blunt needle all the way through the air hole of a new cart BEFORE punching it. This helps minimize crushing the filler around the air hole and causing a tight draw. That tight draw will also make it flood easier as it's trying to pull air AND liquid from the tank instead of from the battery connector."

I've been doing this for some time now. You can also do this if you use the saddle value for punching.
