with so many different places that people are at it's hard to know where to find everyone.
Was thinking maybe a sale next friday but Jon had a motor go out on his lathe.
Well my guess is Nov. 12. My reasoning: The 10th is the end of the work week because of Veteran's day, but it's also the 236th birthday of the U.S. Marine Corps, so a Holiday. The 11th is Veterans Day, so a Federal Holiday. So I'm hoping for Saturday, November 12.

oh man, I was thinking tomorrow would be the day. Now who knows. when it's cold out I can't get on the computer much, so I just check in every so often to see if it's close to sale time.
I think only federal employees get Veterans day off of work. So who knows. didn't know about the 236th b'day for the USMC
I don't get any holidays off, but Veterans Day is a holiday for us.
When you're married to a retired Sailor and you work on a Military Base with Sailors and Marines, you know when the Birthdays are.

Just an FYI. Capt' Brian, over at Red Sky mods, just posted this. A mockup for his new Destroyer that's designed for tank users. I thought that because we all love tanks, you guys might be interested.
Ok, this is the best I can do, I am working on converting 4 models to this type of repairable layout.
This is a mockup of the destroyer so I can test fit components and see how it all comes together. I've altered some things already but the layout is still the same. As you can see the tank is setting down into the mod to protect it and keep it from getting banged around.
No shown is a thick top end cap with a hole that will allow the tank to go down into the body and add about .3" more protection to the tank. The side panel is also not show and will be just a rectangle with magnets to hold it firm. I laid the other components down so you could see what will go where.
This is a mockup from a couple days ago so much tweaking has been done but you should get the idea.

Yep, my second birthday is coming up quick.
I was planning on having a sale next Friday 11/11, but with tonight's problems, it looks like it'll be the following week, I have 2 new motors on order (1 for a spare) and they should be here early next week. Sorry about that folks!!! Good news is there are 42 Lavatanks, 3 MagmaTanks, 14 stone tanks and 4 wooden tanks, for a total of 63 tanks. This will be the biggest batch to date.
Great news on the amount of tanks, boss! Not such good news on the delayed sale. I thought I might have the day off for the sale for the first time ever! Ah well. Can't wait!
