Unless you damage one of the o-rings tybin, I'd leave it alone. Did you get a extra set of o-rings with your tank? If so, they are the tighter ones but if you change them you might break your bottom cap like Pete did.

Make sure you use a drip tip to guide the carto through the bottom cap....do that and the orings will last a long time
