Yes they do but the bottom cap can sometimes be hard to take off, but probably not for you.

Not a thing. I've been using 2.5 turns on the carto punch, but I'm sure 2 works.

you didn't put an 18 guage needle in when you punched the carto?

When I used the first carto punch, I put the carto in the wrong way....I punched the first carto too high up the tube.....I can't believe no one noticed that.

Do you use one or two holes. I use two turns with two holes.

I found that 2 turns is enough and you get less deformity in the carto
