Fantastic! Looks like Delabs and I have matching GLV's :) But your tank matches even better than mine.

Ya'll gotta hear this. I'm very rough on things. I had to stop buying clear cartos cause I was busting them all.anyway, I was out mowing on my John Deere. Got my tank on an ego in my lanyard. It got caught on the steering wheel, flipped over my head behind me and I ran over it with the big tractor wheel. Freaked out. Shut everything down. Got off and got it. Only thing wrong was the carto was crooked on the batt. The tanks was fine!! Straightened it out. Kept on vaping and mowing! With my lanyard in my shirt pocket. :)

Thanks Jon for a superior product that can stand up to Jerry abuse!!!

Lily I break just about everything and I have yet to break a lava tank, with the exception of my mercury which was stolen and then run over by at least one vehicle and even then the bottom cap was unbroken. That being said, I treat my tanks like newborns.

Afternoon Lavacorps, just got back from shopping in time to catch some football and Delabs Blue Beauty! Congrats on the Infrared, it's gorgous! And also Debb's Red/Gold is stunning! What a great run this was!
Joan did you catch Jon's bit about the Genesis blanks? I know you have a couple of the Pink Zebras and he's offering to replace or refund for those types (includes Blue Jay, Blooming Lilac, Pink Zebra and Mutagenic) because the material is apparently inferior for Tanks.

I have GI's Pink Zebra and haven't had any problems with it luckily, so I'm just gonna baby it and pray it holds up. It's so beautiful that I would hate to give it up. :(

OMG gorgeous tank you got yourself. I love it the color is so pretty & its pink my favorite!!!

Thank you Orkira -- my favorite as well. :D

the perfect bubbles make this pic even more epic

After watching the king's video a week or so ago, I've found that our methods of filling/re-filling are almost identical. Therefore, my bubble all but disappears when I replace the top cap unless I am running low on a certain juice and am unable to fill it as high as I'd like. What I'm left with when the bubble "disappears" into the carto is generally a tiny pinprick of air.

All that aside, I've have to say Ever's pic does look pretty darn epic with the perfectly aligned bubbles. ;)

yeah the carto is prefilled but the juice doesnt seem to filter in through the hole in the side while im using it... then if i pull the cap up a little the juice goes in and the bubbles come out the hole

its clearly an issue with the juice being a little thicker but i dont know if i should just make the hole even bigger or pop another hole in the other side

It interests me that you are having an issue with thicker juice. Mine are all 70-100% VG and I have not had an issue. In fact, I frequently use some of AVE's "PG juices" (90vg/10pg) with just one hole punched. I only punch two holes for 100% VG (and even then there are some I don't have to do that for - Boba's Bounty and other equally dark, syrupy juices are some of the only juices I've found that truly merit the two hole exception). I would go ahead and try it with two Tye, but to be honest I believe that Capt (per usual) is right.. Doesn't sound like your carto is completely full, as that is what happened to me frequently when I first started using tanks (thankfully I got the practice out of the way before I got my first Lava, though ;)). I find that the Taryn Spin is almost vital in making sure your carto is topped off, unless you want an unnatural amount of muscle in one arm. :D Some say that cartos on average hold about 1ml (20 drops), but in my experience with the Taryn Spin I can get 30 drops, sometimes a couple more, in my cartos before it's sufficiently full.

Also make sure your tank is quite full. There should be but a small strip of unfilled space along the top of your tubing (I would say a quarter inch max), insert the top / mouthpiece into the tubing just far enough so it makes contact with the underside of your o-ring. Position your bubble over the punch, and then fully insert the mouthpiece. Has worked like a charm for me every time.

I am having an issue with it actually (The GLV SM) not sure whats up it will work with a carto but not an atty. I am totally confused by what it decides to fire and not fire? No ideas thinkin of shooting him an email and asking if he knows.

Gonna have to agree - sounds like your pin. I've had that issue with some of my headcaps on my GLV's. They seem to run a bit wide in some of the connections. What I've found that fixes the issue is a shorty adapter. Works like a charm, doesn't detract much from the look of the thing.

Ok, folks it seems that I've had some issues with the materials in the last batch of tanks. I am going to discontinue making the wooden tanks and also using the genesis style material (bluejay, pink zebra, blooming lilac and mutagenic. It seems that they are an inferior material and have weak spots in them causing them to break where the solid black lines cut all the way through the part. You can either send them back to me for a full refund, or I will replace them with a different color/style tank. Sorry about the inconvenience, but I will make it right with everyone that has had troubles.

I'm sorry to hear that, boss. When you say genesis material, does that include the new Orchid color you've got for this batch? Just curious, because as of now it's looking like that will be my second choice...

Glad to hear that the Cheesecake isn't one of them, as I've got a few lady friends I would sure love to have as tank twins. ;)

On the plus side, I suppose this means we can look forward to loads of new colors from you!!

Btw, good afternoon Lavacorps. :D

Thanks Wolfie, I just read that and I'll probably do like Ty is going to do. Treat with kid gloves. I'll have to think about it though. I love the materials that have the iridescence in them, those tiny sparkles. I've had to hammer out a carto from my Zebra ever so gently and it held up but now I always lube the o-rings, it really helps. Love your new Ming, the Magmas look so good on the SBs.

Afternoon Summer and Orkira! I hate to think back on all the Ego-T B attys I bought during a 3 month stretch before I found the Emdccs and Boges. Never could get one to last more than 2 weeks and that was with faithful cleaning etc., the tiny little wicks in those would disentegrate so easily. Happy those days are gone, it almost made me quit vaping. I've got a load of the tanks left here if you want them, let me know.

Joanr good afternoon to you too! Thanks for the offer on the attys but I will pass. They just don't last and for $9-$12 a piece and I go threw them in a week they aren't worth it. I'm still using the same boge carto since Monday and its still going strong so I'll stick with those. Get more money worth out of them and much more dependable. Half my eGo attys would work okay and half would work great. Seemed too I'd go through more liquid with the tanks then I do with the cartos. Did you experience this too?

Yes, same experience with the ego-ts. But at that time they were the only type of tanks available. We've come a long way since then. I can't imagine going back to my old setup with those. Total PITA.
