Benny keep in mind theres also the benefit of not hacking up a body part in the morning also! There are many things to spend money on but not smoking is one of the best things to spend a little on I think.

Back in the early days I had lots of problems with the IKV's flooding in the tank. Seemed like the filler wasn't ideal for tank use. It was about a 50/50 shot. In fact, Jon used to ship the Lava's with IKV cartos but switched to Boges due to the flooding.
That was Capt's way of initiation.......just remember, he loves those knee jerk reactions...........but we lubs him anyway.....
I figure about half were bad. meaning I hopefully have about 5 good ones left.
Normally I go through 4 or 5 a week. (4 or 5 tanks in rotation.)
They were great, just not in a tank.These are the version 2.0. Sounds better than 1.0.
The one I opened up today is fine but I got to punch a bigger hole, it's not feeding fast/good enough and I get E1 code,

I had gotten these when he first put them out and the juice would run right thru them......I ended up throwing them away...
510's. There wasn't a problem with the cartos, they just didn't work well in a tank. In fact, I prefered them to the Boges on a stand-alone basis. If memory serves, the 801 was just a platinum 510 with an 801 connection?I thought those were fixed....are you talking the 510's or the 801's?
Lately(this month), they've tasted funky from the beginning. Before, each carto would last about a week. Are the SRs better for durability?
