The LavaCorps people that I know make them are Acco, Malikah, and Ever. I'm sure there are more that I can't remember.
I wish I knew how to make them. Mine was a birthday present.

I tried to make one with my charmed one logo in it but it was utter fail. I keep thinking of having a new one made by someone but feel attached to the one I already have.......geez I am hopeless....
