Yes, it is for us in the state of Virginia. It means he probably wouldn't recommend someone trying to make a case against us if we're in a no smoking area. He's the State Attorney General in Virginia. Unless a sign says no e-cigs then we would not be in any violation if we were vaping in a no smoking area.

We should still remember to "ASK" if there is a question. Be polite, but don't hide our e-cigs.

I have that PDF printed out for our local police force. I had the opportunity not long ago to show the "boss" and he agreed that he should educate his force on e-cigs. I showed him many different mods, none of which look like a real cig. He was amazed and definitely on board with learning more about them.

I was very surprised how well vaping was accepted at my new job. I gape right at my desk and two people have started vaping and quit smoking. Other than jokes about my privation and tank looking like a big dildo small town Mt has been very vape friendly
