Hey Sandy! Afternoon everybody.

Sallie, I just got back from holiday travels and last minute decided to leave my Lava safe at home. But looking back, if you pack it in your carry on, empty, carto removed, I don't think there'd be any problem. I didn't even get questioned about my mods this trip....not even a raised eyebrow.

Which mods did you take Lax? I'd really like to take at least one of my ProVaris but I'm worried. Last time I went through security I had 808s and cartos and they knew what they were and didn't give me any trouble. Taking the ProVaris makes me nervous though, like they'll think it's some type of pipe bomb or something.

I took a trip with my girlfriend to Vapefest this year and she had the bombshell with her. No problem at all getting through security. I had an infinity and a buzz on me. They didn't blink an eye at the mods or all the juices we had either.

Would putting it in the security tray (with coins and keys) with the bottom cap unscrewed and laying there with the battery help to show it is just a battery compartment?

(yes it's morning for me since I work nights.. thank goodness I don't work Friday nights anymore) I won a green shine from Parke's on New Year's, so now I have another color to shoot for to match another mod unless he let's me get the blue instead of green.. oy! Yay!!! I can't wait!! When I got my first one I was so surprised that it was even better in person than in the pics (and the pics were pretty!!)..I am super stoked to meet this next one in person.

GLV supermini, Buzz Pro, and my Volts. I have a small carrying case that holds everything, I open it up and put it in the bin with my laptop. I pull all batteries out and detach attys so everything is broken down as much as possible. I've flown enough out of my small town airport that they don't question anymore and Minneapolis they didn't even give it a second look.

Okay, I'm convinced. I'll take along a self addressed, stamped padded envelope so I can mail it to myself if there are any issues. Not sure how many people are flying out of Portland Maine with Mods. I'm sure I'll be fine flying back out of NY.

Why don't you just mail it to where your going.....I go on trips.....I mail my luggage to the hotel so I don't need to carry anything and get hung up at the airport waiting for stuff.

That sounds even more expensive than the stupid baggage fees the airlines charge...

Afternoon Lavas!! Love the GLV w/ the tank. Such a perfect match! BTW LOVE the SS Don. Actually enjoying more than I expected. Construction is solid, hits nice and consistent - rocks w/ an 18650. If I'm not mistaken you can kick this w/ a smaller battery like 18500 - think it may need an extension to use the kick w/ the longer battery.

Well Tapatalk has decided for me that I won't be using it for IVC Since I spend 8+ hours on my home computer working, I don't send my free time sitting at it on the forums, hence the use of Tapatalk I'm usually too busy working to hop on the forums too. Just venting and frustrated and annoyed

What's going on? Tapatalk has been working weel for me on IVC.

I've got 2 widgets, one for here and one for there. I switched to IVC and it won't show recent posts most of the times. Sometimes it works though. But not consistently. Then I switched back to the ECF widget and it wasn't ECF. It was everything from IVC. Annoying!

That's over my head, but it definitely sounds annoying.
