You have a punch?
The cov & vip punches are the only ones I know of that won't deform a carto. Well worth the extra bux in the long run.so, I know COV has a punch but that one is kind of expensive for a poor person like myself. Anyone know of a cheaper one that is still good quality?

thank ya, will set some money away for one![]()
some of the early pre-punched cartos I bought were dented in pretty good. I got used to the small hole that is in the DCT cartos and the saddle valve is able to replicate the small hole perfectly...it just takes some time to do it. Was thinking about making a lucite block that I can mount the saddle valve into to get the perfect small holes. They seem to work good unless you run a heavy VG liquid then you have to open them up a little bit.
the problem with the saddle valve is that the needle isn't designed for repeated use. It dulls quickly and deforms the carto even more.
