Good morning corps, its another beautiful day in Hawaii. Its 73 right now and sunny as can be. Well no update on my tank from USPS, hope it will reach me today.

Well good morning indeed. I woke up to a PM wanting to trade my black DCA for a lava!!! So now I'll have 2. It's a Azurite/Malachite Ming. So stoked!!!

Just make sure the person that PM'd you is the person that scored that tank as I believe this is the first time we've seen the Asurite/Malachite stone.

My tank didn't come in yet. Actually I never received my tracking # so I have no clue where it is. I checked paypal and it doesn't say shipped next to the payment.

I will be so bummed if I got lost in the huge mass mailing Jon had to do last week.

Did you check your email? And did you send Jon your name and address with you screen name? Your tracking number should have been in an email with the title Jon Armstrong has sent you a package.

USPS has been horrible lately for the most part...I sent a package out on the 3rd too and it looks like it will finally be getting delivered today...it just now updated on the USPS site...so don't give up yet guys! The Delivery confirmation # is not realy a tracking number anyways and they ony have to scan it on acceptance and on delivery, so really hard to know where it may actually be in between those times....

well, the friend that is a professional photographer visited last night and I proudly showed her my pic I finally got on the forum.

Let's jst say she had a good LOL at my expense and said it was the worst photo she had ever seen! I have a quite expensive camera and have won some photo contests but these dang things are hard to shoot. SOOOOOOOOOO, she had to be a show off and take her own pics. *Gawd, I pray I can do this upload chit*

It's about all we have up here that is reliable, but even so I needed to buy a microcell for in my house.

Ugh.. That's just awful. I guess it makes sense cuz you guys are so far up/out there. I've usually got perfect service out here in BFE, even in canyons and such. I assume that's quite frustrating.

AND, looks like my tank got delivered today, along with the mod I purchased specifically for it, and some other things. HOWEVER, they have yet to be delivered (despite them all being marked as 'DELIVERED' before 7 am this morning) to my p.o. box. Hoping they'll be here before I go to work...

I have spent the entire morning and a good portion of yesterday photographing my aquarium corals. Takes a lot of pictures to get one sorta decent one. I am no photographer. I should make Kristin do it for me. hahahahaha

Have you looked at some of mine? Most of mine are blurry and poorly lit. I was trying to pick on your friend, epic fail on my part.

I always have a heck of a time getting a good pic of the tanks too It's like the flash reflects off of the tanks...We all know they are awesome tho, that's for sure!

The trick is to turn the flash off and use indirect lighting. Too bad I haven't come close to mastering that.
