Is it possible to put a smoketech carto in the tank? I am crossing fingers and toes I get one next week

Using a xl carto in a standard size tank (dual coil or ressurector):
hold the carto next to the tank and match the top of the carto with the top of the tank tube. You will see how much carto will stick out the bottom and mark the carto with a sharpie 1/4" or so above the bottom cap of the tank. Punch the carto where you marked or use a jig that will punch it in this location. This is one way to use a lava tank with the GLV...

you can also ask for an xl tube or cut your own
or or use the shorties if your question was simply about diameter

Okay..who better to ask than the tank experts. I am new to the tanks and haven't had the pleasure to win a Lava Tank yet...but hopefully next week. I like variety so would like to have multiple tanks filled....do you store your tanks on your pv or not incase they leak?

I keep the tank I'm using on my PV all the time. The others that I have filled I keep in an old prescription bottle, so I can keep a lid on it and have it stand upright. Works great for me! :)

I like a LOT of them too, but I'm too lazy to like every single post. :D

Now I know what to do when I get more tanks, I tend to switch flavors alot.

Most every night, I take mine off the PV's and place them in their little Tank Stand that ksmith makes (see vacation spot). Other times I just leave them on, depends on if I'm in ah hurry to catch some sleep! They don't leak (unless you puncture the center tube of the carto). They are absolutely the best out there that I've tried in 2.5 years!

Thanks guys... I like the prescription bottle idea for the one's I'm not using that day. Hopefully next Friday I can get lucky enough to get my first Lava Tank....even if not I will keep trying:)

That's the right attitude, never give up! I hope you do score a tank next Friday night! I'll be rootin' for ya!
