Aww Tammy, that's awful. Have you talked to the NotCigs people?

Mike (Notcigs) was awesome, he was just as frustrated with USPS too. He told me that even though they couldn't do things right, he sure could. Mike sent me another Buzz Pro, wouldn't let me split the cost (and none of this was his fault) with him either. Excellent customer service!!!
