I'm off of work for the night and heading to bed. Had an awesome time last night during the sale madness! Congrats to everyone who got a tank. I can't wait until next time!
You, my friend, are the corps! The corps is not a clique or people who own a lotta tanks, or a sorority/fraternity with hazing *Hey, Jaybo, wouldn't the sheep like to haze?......Nah, that is GRAZE* Anywho, from what I have seen the corps is a family of friends that care about each other and take care of each other and happen to have a shared respect for Johns work and love to vape with his tanks. If you have none and want one, a few and want more,or many and sit out so others can enjoy the beauty of Johns work, that is what Lava corps is all about. We are not allowed to give info about sales, answer business related questions and the Boss man is rarely online, he is at the lathe, so, when some feel we are standoffish, it is because we are not allowed to "Hawk his wares" for him. We do lead you to the place to learn and SD has some great videos with easy to understand instructions. All should join in. I have learned there are two unwritten culture laws..............never extort the art (Never sell for profit) and be nice.

Wow - just finished catching up on the last about 347 pages. I've a couple things to say - first of all - to Jon - you are amazing. I so appreciate everything you do for everyone here. After everything that happened tonight, you need to be forever referred to as Saint Jon.
Secondly - to each of the 45 lavacorps members who did not participate in the sale tonight to help newbies get tanks - THANK YOU. I am completely humbled by this and would be honored to one day participate in such a 'conspiracy'.
And finally - congrats to everyone who got a tank...and to those who didn't - don't give up. You will get one.
Whew, what drama tonight! I have literally been on here reading since I got home from work - like 3 hours ago!

Since I first met you on that "other" thread, I knew you were a stand-up guy. Tonight was hard but you handled it like a pro and kudos to you and your ability to calm the storms and reset. I didn't get a tank tonight but I am soooo happy for a lot of the ones that stalked and joined in before the sale. Tiger, Autumnwolf and sorry for my memory but many more that wanted one and stick and stayed. I am proud of you John and all of the sitter-outers. I wish you continued success, less ECF server issues and keep up the good work. Job well done, you good and faithful lather! Hey did our Asian friend get one? He stayed up till 5am for this sale! What about the kid that did his homework and I joked to keep an eye on him? Hope he scored, too. I pray they did. Great Job Lava Corps! And, a one sentence to the guy that lost his job because of being in the bathroom too long. ........ is not a reason to fire someone! Perhaps more to the story???? I pray you find another job and your family is well cared for. I will pray for you.

Didn't get a tank last night but had blast! Last night DID feel like a house party, definitely feels like I partied too much too. Running after a 2 year old all day, getting in the bed at 3am, and up again at 7 to go help my mother........feels like someone took my head and left me with an elephants head instead this morning. LOL (Anyone heard of the song "Sammy Morgan's Gin?"
