Send Jon your tank and I'll refund your money. I don't know why you feel you got RIPPED OFF. Customer service is second to none when it comes to Jon. I don't think you can find a single customer of Jon's that is not 100% satisfied. He always makes it right.

This is correct. USPS somehow managed to crack the bottom of my tank and Jon is replacing it. He'll make it right, no reason to fear you've been ripped off.
