Its the drip tip looking thing for inserting cartos and filling tanks.

Duh-stupid me. It's the one I ordered last night. Didn't realize that was the name of it. If u get 2 I will send you one. Seriously though that's strange. Anyway to do more in depth tracking? Did you notify BDV? What was their response?
Did you have any coupons. I can never find any for them.

I didn't get any on that last sale. I'd already gotten one before I ordered the 8! I have 2 and 2 GLV's, they're nice on the GLVs for sure! No adapter!
