Me too Dino...my first sale here I scored 2 tanks and there was no limit or 200 other people trying! (LOL!) I can remember when we were amazed that there were 60 people on sale night....

I was under the impression at the time that it was one of the very first ones...showing email to/from him on 3-7-11 discussing it.

If memory serves, he approached me after I tried like hell to get an original map ce2 tank and couldn't. Had to keep it on the DL because he wasn't approved by ECF to be a vendor.

I STILL don't like CE2 mods, but the design and craftsmanship jumped out at me, even after a year of sitting in storage.

Those were the first of the JonboyUSMC tanks. I got my first one from Jon around that same time and resisted switching over to the carto tanks for a long time. I should have listened to strprswpr tho, cause now I'll not use anything but a Jonboy Lavatank.

So i have a question about that original tank..........it seems to be the same size as my magma so i was wondering will it fit a normal carto if i use my spare shorter magma sleeve or is the bottom opening too small (wanted to ask before i wreck anything which isnt usual for me but it is a classic and i dont wanna just go wrecking it LOL)

Coming in late. I have an original jonboyUSMC ce2 tank. It won't fit a carto without modifying the top cap. That is difficult because the mouthpiece wasn't built in.
