Don't you love that someone can't come up with their own original idea, so they think that it's OK to just steal someone else's idea. Not much I can do about this one, because it's in the UK and I don't hold an international patent. I do however have a patent applied for here in the US, so if these cross the pond, I can possibly stop it. On a side note, they're ugly.

They are definitely not as pretty as a lava tank. Kind of like a paint by numbers version of a piece of art. There is a resemblance to the original so it's obviously a copy of something wonderful, but lacking in true artistry. That does look like an adapter for an eGo battery which makes me think that it may have a smaller diameter than a lavatank. Perhaps more the size of a smoketech tank?

hmmm, I'm discussing this with my husband, who knows just about everything there is to know about anything. He tells me that the UK subscribes to US patent laws which effectively means they honor US patents. It might be something to check in to. He also tells me that it's possible that they might be able to legally sell these, but if they use your patented designs they may have to pay Jon "royalties".

Case, that is a killer setup. The blue ice explosion is the exact color I picked out before I saw you were going to use it. I plan on getting a provari done in that color some day. It looks like Chopper does a great job. Matches the Lavatank perfectly!! Congrats, and thanks for sharing the pic.

Hey Fred. It doesn't look like the hotel has a bar, let alone a pool table. Shoeless Joe's is right next door, but it doesn't look like they have a pool table either. We might be outta luck.
