I'm reporting these posts to a mod. You're only intention here is to anger everyone. You can buy whatever tank you want, I really don't care. As long as there is a demand for the one and only Lavatank then I will continue to make them. If you want to buy an inept attempt of a copy, then by all means, go ahead.

C'mon now, how can you people think that these tanks look similar? They are obviously completely different.
I just don't understand why the Lavacorps thread gets to be trolled/disrupted all over the place......numerous people report the trash threads and nothing is done..... while everyone got a vaca that spoke up in the "other tank" thread....seems biased to me

I'd have to agree. While the stuff slung in the other post was pretty uncalled for (by anyone but Jonboy), not handing out punishments in this thread seems unbalanced. I hope the war dies down soon. Let JonBoy deal with this through his legal channels, as the public drama looks bad for everyone.

Everyone seems to be focusing on the "Pawn" or "Ming" or the "Blending" of the two regarding these tanks.
The fact of the matter is that Jon's Lavatanks were the very FIRST to incorporate the tip within the design of the tank (top cap)...which, by the way, has been blatantly, with malice, been copied to produce a product that is in effect...a rendered copy of the original.
This alone provides sufficient evidence to support a legal avenue for Jon, if he so chooses.
Do not get caught up in the details of whether it is a pawn or a ming...it is the basic design of the top cap that really should be the focus of this obvious intellectual property theft.
This is my opinion, and only my opinion...and I cannot be held liable in a court of law for my opinion. BUT...copying someone's intellectual property CAN BE!

Jon, you are not the only one who reported those posts, yet none of us have heard or seen a thing being done about it! I posted a comment in the other thread that was not mean or rude or anything of the sort and I got an infraction warning...seems this is the one thread where anyone can get away with anything...Just my opinion!!!!
