The tolerances have been reformed, and there are no longer different O ring options. The fitment is fairly tight, but most don't have any problems removing the top caps or the carto when the need to. These tanks do not leak unless the carto is flooded, then you may get some leaking out of the battery connection on the carto, but this goes for any carto tank. If you follow the instructions on filling properly you should never get leaks. Also when punching the carto, be careful not to punch through the center airtube, this will help alleviate carto flooding issues. You will find these are the easiest tanks to fill once you get the hang of it. It takes me about 10 seconds to remove the cap, fill and replace the cap.

These tanks will accept Boge, Smoktech, and Kanger 35 mm standard length stainless steel cartos, or any other brand of this size. Jon does offer longer tubes to fit XL size (45mm) cartos as well. In addition you can use longer cartos on mods where the tank may interfere with the button operation, or if you have any other reason for the carto to stick out the bottom of the tank a bit.

I'm considering doing the next co-op for smoktech single coils. I don't know if they do 45mm lengths with single coils, though. I'll probably reach out in the next few days. Jon swears by them. You in for these or would you rather boges?

Good evening everyone! I must say I think I am going to stick with my smoketech carto for a little while these cartos in the tank are awesome... SO have I been sleeping or can Jon really send us larger tubes for the tanks? If so I really want 1 larger tank to use for my regular dual coal cartos

I always keep tubing on hand and make the XL tubes on a per order basis. I took one with to Chicago and I'm pretty sure I sold it. I can make one for you if you want, just shoot me a PM and I'll get you taken care of.

today I officially joined the ranks of lavatank owner, thanks to Slot-Tech. Thank you so much Slot!

I hope Slot don't mind, I'll take some pictures of my own when day light comes out but...

she's actually darker green then shown in pic in person. I just can not get over how beautiful she is...

the quality of fit/finish/design is top notch. I can now fully understand it's popularity. I'm totally hooked.

hope to participate alot here on this thread and perhaps earn the right to join the ranks of "lavacorp".
