Hey Ben its been a while for me too! LOL

I think some folks were on forum drama overload and took a break. That included me too. I've got to get my .... in gear and get this next colored batch completed. I've got a ton of new projects at work that are keeping me uber busy. Just quoted $96K in work the other day,got the bid , now the customer wants them in 3 weeks. Lathe #3 will be hitting the floor real soon, and they're all mine on the weekends.

Hi Jon and everyone. Wow, those tanks and bedazzles look so sweet. Mind telling me where I can get my hands on some? I am so new to this, I hope I will be able to clean and change my tank. Oh, and cannot wait for the colored tanks.
So nice to have a friendly little group to hang with. I will be coming here more often. Thanks for the warm welcome and for helping a noob out.
Hope all is well with everyone and I'll be back!

Hey everyone. I just wanted to warn you about something incredibly stupid I just did with a bedazzle faceted tank and a SS cap. When I tried to pull the cap off, it wouldn't budge, so I wiggled it a little as I was pulling it like I would normally do with one of the colored tank caps, and I heard the awful crunch noise of fractured glass. My less than 24 hour old bedazzle tube is now in the trash. :(

I don't think this is any reflection on the bedazzle tubes or the SS lava caps. I think it is entirely a matter of me not being careful. Who's gonna win, metal or glass? Duh. So please, anyone who put a SS cap on a bedazzle tube, be very careful when you go to refill or clean your tank.

Ding-dong here did the same thing! Mine isn't shattered but two small pieces around the top of the tube broke off. My first Bedazzled and my first Lava Tube and I break it within an hour! The missing pieces are smallish so I'm hoping it will still work. I just haven't had any time to try it out yet. Lesson learned quickly!!!!!

Thank you to ALL who participated. The Help Twygg event was EPIC and I think it went on for over 24 hours. One woman shaved half her head for a $500 donation, another E-TV host (Gandalf/Santa look) shaved his beard and hair on cam for another big donation. One of the hosts WAXED his CHEST (YES, on cam too) for an even bigger donation!!!

Twygg himself got on cam, chatted with us and shared his heartfelt emotions. This event was completely unprecedented! I think we raised over $25,000!!! Hopefully the final tally will be posted soon. The entire event was recorded and is available for watching: All Videos Video Gallery by ElixirTV.com (please watch using discretion - uncensored and intended for over 18 age audiences).

This community is absolutely AMAZING! So many, who met on the internet, all with primarily one thing in common - Tobacco Harm Reduction - coming together in friendship and supportiveness to help a single one of us fighting for his life. So many wonderfully generous donations and even more generous bidding, presented in a fun and entertaining format (completely drama free) by a group of extremely dedicated/generous event organizers, all to help one of our very own. There were a couple of minor technical glitches in the auction process but nothing serious - none of this team had ever even tried to do anything like this before. I am touched to my core.

Once again - THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE Help Twygg EVENT. TWYGG is an amazingly nice and generous person. He IS one of US! His own comments, when he was on cam, proved even further just how deserving he is of all the love, support and caring demonstrated both during this event and going forward thru his fight against cancer.

I believe the donations link will remain open for some time so there is still time to participate!
