Here's some instructions on setting up the LavaGen:
Picture of the positive post not extended
Advance the positive post until it protrudes slightly past the bottom of the 510 connecter. This is done by rotating the positive post clockwise.
See the post in the correct position.
Slide on the bottom cap of your Lava Tank or Reactor Tank
Thread the genesis on the mod. Snug....DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
Notice the small spacer under the ground screw. Notice the positive connecter. Large spacer on the bottom, small spacer above that, followed by the thumb screw.
Here is a pic of a coil set up in the genesis. Notice the ground lead is connected under the spacer on the ground screw. The positive lead is connected in between the large spacer and the small spacer on the positive post.

Here is another view of it with the wick installed.
Slide your top cap....position the air hole before snapping the tube fully on the bottom cap.
Here is a shot of the inside of the completed setup.
This is the beginning of the setup for using horizontal silica wick. The coil should be wrapped counter clockwise. The negative lead should be on the top of the spacer on the ground screw. The positive lead should be in between the large spacer and the small spacer on the positive post. Wrapping the coil counterclockwise ensure a level setup. Wrapping the coil clockwise will cause the coil to sit crooked.
Another shot showing how the ground lead is connected.
Another shot showing how the positive lead is connected.
Slide one piece of 3mm silica wick....from silica wicks.com....through the wick hole.
Ignore the second wick hole....this is a beta and the final production model will not have that second wick hole.
Take a double 3mm wick, wrap your coil and connect as previously shown.
Ignore the second wick hole....this is a beta and the final production model will not have that second wick hole.
Notice I have cut the excess wick from the ground screw side....this is so there is nothing in the way when the tube is placed on the genesis.
Ignore the second wick hole....this is a beta and the final production model will not have that second wick hole.
Notice I have cut one of the two tails....leave one long to wrap around the back side of the positive post to catch any juice that should happen to come out of the fill hole.
Notice that I have fanned out the top of the piece of silica that is in the wick hole and also that it is touching the coil. This will help the wicking.
Ignore the second wick hole....this is a beta and the final production model will not have that second wick hole.

Complete.
