Holy crap...I just opened my mail and....241 messages....Hey Andrew, I know you want to promote your store and all, but fire your email server first....LOL. Not a biggie...I need some juice and drip tips so I'll place an order.

What is ridiculous is that I sent a test e-mail to myself to make sure the formatting, and the picture showed up. Went through without a problem (other than having the month wrong:facepalm:) then when I go to send it to everyone it does this! I clicked the send button once, and I sent it the same way that I've done with all group e-mail... I just really hate this, because I'm not 100% sure how to stop it, and it wasn't my fault in the first place! I feel horrible...

Figured I'd hop on and see if you were aware of this, but looks like you already are. I tried emailing you and it came back un-deliverable. So far I have received 217 emails in the last hour from you. Hope it gets resolved soon.

I'm working on it, I deleted my e-mail account to see if that would fix it, so that's why you're getting an error. I am currently on hold trying to get the server reset.

jlg...block the address in your account until Andrew gets it fixed...poor man is going nuts over this.

Yeah, I figured that would solve it, was just lettin' it go to see how many it gets up to before it stops... I am a bit concerned though, it looks like everyone who got 'mail-bombed' can also see the addresses of everyone that got the email, which is a bit disconcerting as well, especially if all those email addresses are his entire client-base.

I am very sorry about everyone's e-mail addresses being visible. I just got off the phone with support, and he said he didn't see any problems on their end, and didn't know what to do to fix the problem. He also told me that it should have been impossible for that many messages to go out of my account within such a short period of time... I am really comfounded by all of this... The tech support guy said he would research more into why this happened and give me a call back if he finds out anything...

He can restart the server your domain is on. sounds like you have a terrible host. Nothing against you Andrew. Not your fault.
This person you are talking to sounds like he doesnt know anything about his own server. It is very possible to send that many emails and a lot more than what has been sent when that program is in a loop. he can restart the mail server. I do it all the time. He can also flush the emails that are in the Q. After all this I think Id look for another host. They are a dime a dozen.. :)

Well, I am not sure if it is any consolation, but the emails appeared to have stopped coming in, atleast for me anyway.
