You don't need to apologize for this anymore. It wasn't your fault. Things like this happen. What do you do with it from here?

LOL, stuff happens! But, the apology notes might not make it with all those that have had to resort to "blocking" emails...

I received 275 e-mails. Good thing for multi delete!

Everyone in the forum seems to understand the situation, but you should see some of the e-mails I'm getting right now... Makes me want to just get rid of everything I've got and do something else with my life...

Give it a few days, and hopefully the dust will settle. Some people will be mad due to their email's being "leaked" but other than that, they shouldn't have much claim to be too upset. Most email services allow bulk deletes, so it shouldn't be too big of an inconvenience for them to just delete the emails. I really feel for you though, because you are going to have people complaining and demanding you "make it up to them". I do hope that you choose to remain in business, and try to not let them get to you too much. As said by others, these things happen.
Ditto on no apologies necessary. Glad I sent a neutral email but wouldn't have sent one at all if I had bothered to read forum first. No worries, Andrew. 
I'm going to sleep now, hopefully I will figure a way to make this up to everyone by tomorrow.

No worries Andrew, stuff happens... the people that get their undies in a bunch probably would find something to get bent out of shape with sooner or later reguardless so in a way it might be a good thing... LOL weed em out early
They are actually cartridges, not cartomizers.

I think the e-mail problem has been fixed! I am currently sending out a mass apology e-mail to everyone.

I agree...Just sorta scared me is all. My machine is "home made"....lol
I would like to say that this kinda stuff happens occasionally, I had a request during this crisis for Andrew....not only did he work on the email problems he answered my request and shipped it before I even paid.....this is by far one of the best vendors I have EVER dealt with......Thanks Andrew......Danny
