"The vaporized mixture is expelled at a temperature of 50-60 ° C or comparable to that of a cigarette."

Really? and I thought it was a much cooler vape... guess they were using a 12v car battery setup :D

Vaporized mixture ain't that hot, they were probably talking about the atomizer that gets to 50-60, like on the end of an analog, it's quite hot.

"Les cartouches coûtent 2 $ (pour 25 cigarettes). "

I don't believe that. The question is 2$ for how many drops, or ml ?

Been like that forever, they don't advertise the real thing ! And why the need to always compare it to analog. Just give us the ml !

And check out their website :
Zen Complete Starter Kit - ZEN SMOKE

99$ for only 2 510 small ecig? At 180 mAh ?!? :D

"On n'a pas la prétention que ça aide les gens à arrêter de fumer, réfute-t-il. Il n'y a pas une entreprise qui va accepter de payer pour ensuite ouvrir le marché aux autres compagnies.»

Selon lui, les tests coûteront entre 200 000 $ et 300 000 $. "

Associaton:
That is a good argument for manufacturers, importers, distributors and resellers to get all together to found and get this thing approved for comercial sales. If not, manufacturers could be linked to professionals to get controlled batches of e-liquids to be exclusive to doctors and pharmacists. I really don't see why the equipment or the material to produce it would be of any issue. SmokeNV is fully legally distrubuting e-cigarettes (0 - nic).

As we know, in UK, the e-cigs are going VERY well with the governement "approval".

Yeah, another one that claims X = Y packs of cigarettes! Marketing BS.

Also, that looks like an 808. Not that it matters, that's still a ripoff, though not nearly as bad as the likes of White Cloud or Greensmoke.

I'd just like to point out the part where you said "just like greensmoke"...

Is greensmoke overpriced? Yup.
Is greensmoke getting people off analogs? yup.
If greensmoke making a lot of money? yup.

Market laws; if people are willing to pay for it, sell it. Their PR team is incredible, their online marketing is very good too. I personally am not hating at ALL on them. They are making a lot (and I mean a lot) of money, and they are helping people. These people just happen to be willing to (over)pay for their services.

I probably gonna get ....ted on for what I just said but hey, it's the truth.

It's only because the people buying into their hype don't know better. Yes, their marketing is stellar -- they make money hand over fist, they can afford top notch PR. That doesn't make charging 3-4x average market value right. It's preying on people's desire to quit, usually with an inferior product that literally costs them $10-15 per kit at wholesale rates. I mean, have you ever once run across anyone who found this place and didn't express regret for buying a Greensmoke or White Cloud?

Yes, they're helping people. I could help people too selling cheapo RN4081 kits for $150 and cartos prefilled with my own juices for $20 a pack, but I'd rightly feel like a douchenozzle doing it. I mean, if they had a superior boutique product that might be worth the money if only for its designer value I could say, "Yeah, fine, it appeals to the more-dollars-than-sense crowd" and be okay with that. But soaking Joe Public for a mint for an inferior product? That's just not right. It may be fair in the market-will-bear business world, but that doesn't make it right.

The sad truth is that a good portion have stuck with GreenSmoke and spent a lot less money in the long run by avoiding the forums :) Forums only express a fraction of the vapers at large.

"right" is in the eyes of the one who looks, I guess.
That being said, this ZEN guy is gonna get it I fear. Was he a registered company? Was he paying his taxes? I don't personally know these infos, but hell, if he didn't, the government is gonna get on his ... like flies on turd.
I mean, a lot of shipment gets refused every year, but usually, the companies just go "DAMNIT!", arrange something with their suppliers, and try again. He went and talked to the press, so as much as this is publicity (good?bad? we'll soon find out!), I am afraid nothing good is gonna come out of this for him (legal/government-wise).

I would imagine that HC may just hand the hardware back to the vendor as I'm sure HC doesn't want this to go to court. They are happy Ecigs are under the radar for most people. If there's Nic juice that's another story IMHO.
As for journalists...they're all sensationalist. I have a friend who's a retired journalist and she told me "we are feeding sharks and if needed we will throw in a little fake blood to start the frenzy". Her words :D

Oh agreed, but the JDM sometimes has stuff like *Celine Dion is pregnant again* on the cover. It feels more like a gossip magazine than a newspaper to me and the articles feel so heavily biased.

@ VapingJulian, thats true, I never thought abuut the possibility of him getting himself in trouble, maybe part of his tactic is public sympathy ... ?
