Well UPS just showed up with my Cuboid/ Cubis setup will do a review on it soon have to say so far it is a nice combo flavor on the cubis is surprisingly nice. I have had great luck with joyetech mods but have hated their tanks the Cubis might be a home run for them but the size is a little bit of a downer looks like they could have made it a larger diameter & kept the height the same

Looks like kind of a stubby tank. Short like the Arron tank. A couple mm taller would be nice.

Picked up the cuboid and cubis kit today.

I was originally only going to get the mod, but got tempted by the kit as it was only £15 more and included the tank and a couple of Sony batteries.

I wasn't expecting Much from the tank, based on previous experience with joyetech tanks and the low power rating. However, so far the tank is a lot better than I expected and seems to punch above its weight.

I'm currently using the .5 ohm 316 coil in TC mode on the cuboid set at 460F and 35W. Still need to tune these settings but the cubis will probably replace my STM for work and going out, either on the cuboid to evic mini.

I have found my Cubis coils gurgle a LOT. To the point where they aren't usable. Maybe it's bad luck, I don't know. I guess I'll buy a pack and see if those are any better.
The only time I get any gurgling is when I over fill but it goes away after a few puffs. Which coil are you using and at what wattage? You can experience gurgling if the coil is being under powered.

I've found the cure to gurgle and flooding is to turn the tank upside down and blow through the drip tip while firing for a couple of seconds, then take a light draw without firing to help prime the coil a bit. After that vape away, I found this out when I accidentally flooded the 1.0 coil trying to prime it because of that restrictor in place. Speaking of those restrictors, I wonder if they could be removed and then place a mesh screen in its place like the 0.5 coil has. That might give the clapton and the 1.0 coil more airflow.

Just wondered what temperature / watts you guys are using with the SS coils in tc mode on the cuboid. I've not really found the sweet spot for this set up yet. Still enjoying the vape though. Leaky Subtank is likely to get relegated to the bottom drawer.
I was running it at 35 watts 470F Taste was great but mid day yesterday it started vaping like the coil was fried. I haven't had time to look into it so I just swapped it out for my crown tank. I will try to see tonight what is going on with it. I hope those coils last more then a day!

Try my methid if clearing the coil and see if that solves the problem.

Just an update I pulled the restrictor out of the clapton and the 1.0 coil and the airflow difference was night and day.

Was it fairly easy to get out?

Thanks, @USMCotaku. I have never used Heaven Gifts as I'm a bit hesitant to buy direct from China. What have the shipping times been like for stuff you have purchased?

Also - I went to the link and that is just the Cuboid. I am looking for a package of the Cuboid plus the Cubis tank.
I order from them all the time. There are many different shipping options to choose from so you can decide if you want to wait about 2 weeks for the cheapest method (CN Mail) or if you want to spring for DHL, which will cost you but you get your items within days. Their customer service is outstanding. I have had nothing but great service from them! :)

The clapton popped out fairly easily using thin needle nose pliers. The 1.0 coil on the other hand fought back a bit, it took more prying to the point I destroy the metal ring that sticks out. I was able to get it out eventually though without any harm to the coil head. I haven't had a chance to place a mesh screen so there's slight spitback sometimes but other than that I like them better opened up.

Nice job. I tried the Clapton unmodified and found it to be adequate for MTL. I haven't tried the 1 ohm but the .5 ohm is very nice. More airflow than my STM's and excellent flavor. Blows thru the juice pretty quickly though. Wish this tank had a little more capacity.

Day 2 with the cubis and I'm also having major issues with flooded coils, gurgling, spitting and now a burnt tongue. Tried the solution above, but didn't seem to work.

Not sure the reason for this, I have noticed quite a bit of juice condensing in the drip tip which may be running back into the coil when it sits for a while. Also seems to be worse when the tank is nearly empty?

pg/vg ratio? airflow setting?
if you are running a thinner juice, and your airflow isn't open all the way, you could be over saturating your wick
