I wasn't expecting mine until today, it was a very pleasant surprise. What color did you get? Hope you get yours soon, nice mod to add to the collection, although my collection is small. :D:vapor:

Its out for delivery!

I got the black, liked the yellow the most at first look but wimped out.. I wish they just had plain silver though or brushed aluminum would be cool too. I guess I could take it apart and hit it with the wire wheel some day.

I charged mine before my road trip on Wednesday. Drove 575 miles to Chicago. Went through prob 9ml juice....guessing, drove back the next day using prob only 5 ml. Vaped prob another 5 ml through it so far, and my battery is registering 40%ish. That's in TC Ni mode at 30w and ranging from 480-550 *depending on juice. I did notice it dropped from full relatively quick, but, I think this is more real time battery monitoring vs Istick, which is 20% battery per bar. So at 81% charge, Istick still shows as full.
Something I've noticed about li-pos, dinner of them will drop off of full rather quickly, but hang out in the 50-75% range much longer then expected... Just my experience :p

White, the only one available. They all look ugly to me so no big deal. Ugly is ugly. Hopefully the paint will peel off and I'll polish it if it is SS [emoji14]

Regarding the tank... Both of you are in the US. Shipping will be probably higher than what the tank is worth but I can check at the post office.

I wonder why they shortened the puff counter? I have to be super fast to see mine, it only stays on the screen for about a second. I really like the longer puff count display of the isticks.

You mean the Puff timer.

You can go to the battery indicator line and change it to display puffs or total vape time also.

You're gonna have a tuff time as the paint seems rather good... :(

It's a small boat and use it more as a mean of transportation to those small isolated Islands where bloody tourists can't reach normally. It's hell here in the summer [emoji14]

Kids love it though.

Ok guys I'm wasted lol... I can't even see the screen strait.

I just tried my mutation x with a double titanium build. Reads as 0.28 on my dna but the VT reads it as 0.31

Now the important part... On my dna, I vape at 20w. My erlprinz hovers around 18w so no problem but with my mutation it was always locked at 20w. Probably never hit the set temperature but with 18mg, I never needed it to.

After putting the Mutation on my VT, it was set to 50w and I didn't even notice so when I hit that button a wall of vapor shoot out of my mouth...what? Maybe the temp is too high... Lowered a bit but still tons of vapor... Another 3 or 4 temp reductions and 10 or 11 draws and suddently I realise I'm vaping at freaking 50w and the world is spinning lol.

Not happy with my spin, I go in front of a mirror to check what watts it hits and yep... Another deep draw and it hits 50w and my spinning became a roller-coaster lol... Wazzzzzaaaaap [emoji14]

I need to lie down. BRB lol.

Mine appears to believe it is hotter than it is...
In TC mode, (w/ both Ni200 and ti stock heads) As soon as you hit the button, when the readout displays the current real-time temp,

I fire it cool and can see it starts out at like 300 degrees and within a second hits Protection mode.
So at 40w and TC set anywhere between 480 - 540, I fire the button and it hits protection within 1 second. Then, continuing to hold, the wattage output just drops like a stone. It does not turn itself on & off in order to maintain a certain temp.

Fire it... 1 second later power is dropped out... Within 3 or 4 seconds, the wattage display typically drops like this:
40w
31w
23w
11w
9w
7w

Even weirder...
The VT Mega tank works fine on my M class.
And my ST Nano (Ni200 .15 ohm head) works fine on the eVic.

I've sent it back to Vape NW

Drawing on it keeps it out of TC, you sent back a perfectly good unit. You are not accommodating for the air passing it cooling the coil

I can't believe I got mine today. I ordered the yellow/orange from eciggity on Monday evening and got up to it in my mailbox today...4 days from Hawaii to Michigan! I haven't even gotten my Ti wire yet to try it out in TC mode, but it hits hard in regular mode.

It's a bit smaller than my old Cana 30w but twice as heavy. It's little strange using the wheel to adjust numbers rather than up and down buttons but I'm sure I'll manage. Can't wait to get my wire and try out TC for the first time ever. :)

Drawing on it keeps you out of TP (temperature protection.)

TC (temperature control) is the name of the process that the mod is doing.

Please excuse me for being overly picky. Mixing up acronyms can lead to confusion.

And yes I agree with you... Seems like the mod was doing what it should with no draw on the atty.

Its here!

That's with the flash e-vapor in 8ml mode with clear tank, I usually run 5ml mode stainless tank only.

First impressions.

Awesome!

Its got some serious weigth to it. Clearly more than the istick 50. Really feels solid

The 510 looks killer. Really sturdy and substantial. Major upgrade to isticks.

The paint is good. The black has metallic in it, so that a bonus - looks great. The paint stripe on the back is a little light, no biggie. Theres is Real clearcoat on this thing.

The sleeve is great. Not sticky at all while providing grip. I like it, even in clear, I will use it.

Not sure what people are saying that you can't go backwards in temp or wattage.. It does.. It's pretty simple. Pick it up toggle backwards the wattage/temp, drops toggle forward wattage raises. All at the flick of the switch.

Mine does exactly the same thing...when I'm not sucking air through it! Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but it sounds like normal function to me, too. I'm intentionally not locking my resistance until I see how stable this thing is. 5 days, and So far, so good.

I did have a funky situation arrise with mine. it kept asking for new coil/same everytime I picked it up. Turns out the coil came loose when I unscrewed the tank to fill it:facepalm:...been a while since I used a clearo type tank:blush:

When you are setting up TC mode (click 3x to enter menu) you can not change the watts down (minor inconvenience IMO) as the left toggle goes to the next line.

When in TC mode the upper toggle changes the temp.
When in Power mode the toggle changes the Watts.

Update

Dry rayon test: passed with flying colors at 230C. Vapor disappeared and power was reduced to 1.3W and nothing happened.

Water test... Not so great... Maybe, I have some doubts. It was jumping between 108 and 112C. Should have been 100C but after cleaning the coil and reassembling the atty, resistance went down to 0.44 Ohms (before 0.47) so that could have influenced something.

So right now:

Dna 40 reads 0.42 VT reads 0.44

Another atty

Dna 40 reads 0.28 VT reads 0.31

Technically, I was correct, as drawing on it prevents the process. . But I usually do say TP, because too many confuse the terms
