Maybe, but the judge WAS breaking the law. Shouldn't judges be held to the same laws as the common man?I have to say I think the reporter is an idiot.
So you hold the judge to a different standard than yourself? Not openly vaping any more than you admit too.Maybe, but the judge WAS breaking the law. Shouldn't judges be held to the same laws as the common man?
I'm personally against legal restrictions against reasonable vaping in public places. I admit to stealth vaping in no smoking spaces myself. But this judge was openly vaping in a court room.
I wouldn't vape in a No Smoking/No Vaping space in full view of dozens of people. Especially in a court room. I've got more common sense and discretion than that.So you hold the judge to a different standard than yourself? Not openly vaping any more than you admit too.
LMAO So bears don't crap in the woods eh? I get your point, not saying he was right, but do understand the "why".I wouldn't vape in a No Smoking/No Vaping space in full view of dozens of people. I've got more common sense than that.
I stealth vape where I won't be seen doing the dirty act. What you can't see, it didn't really happen.
Finding it hard to believe you are speechless. Helps if you take your tongue out of your cheek doll.I was going to say something about how judges are not held to the same standards as common folks, but the words are eluding me right now.
Was for some of us, plus it helped keep the teachers sane.recess in grade school? All about smoke breaks w/o sayin' so...
The judge has the ability to call a break during a trial. Whether to use the gentleman's room or vape in his judges quarters ... no questions asked. He should remember to turn his mic off first, though.
