Thanks for all the suggestions, at least I know there are other options than straight to the Provari. The US prices on that Rider are very tempting as well. I can see myself being a fanatical ohm checker as well.

Unfortunately I am unable to see that thread about the itaste...perhaps I do not have enough posts or something...too bad.

By the way, did a little drip testing this morning and I can already tell that some of the juices are starting to open up from steeping, particularly my coffee, cappuccino, and vanilla. Looking forward to experiencing the progression.

Last note...how you you guys clear your atty when dripping so you don't get flavor crossover?

Well I asked this a while back but there was no answer. Are you going to review any coffee flavor juices? So far I've just seen one so-so cappucino flavor reviewed. A lot of folk, like myself, like coffee flavors.

Sorry I missed your question the first time around kiwivap, it's a good question, and you're not the first person to ask about coffee flavors. The issue is that vendors submit whatever flavors they feel will perform best. It would seem that most vendors are either not very confident in their coffee flavor (which is pretty reasonable...it's a very hard flavor to replicate) or they prefer to show off
other flavors in their catalog. I do have a caramel cappuccino review coming shortly, and I do plan to purchase some coffee flavors the next time I buy juice, but with all the vendor submissions, that could be a while.

wow thanks for all the info, as a new member to the vaping world, props!

Thank Norman...I know this thread has gotten a bit long and reading the whole thing can turn into quite the project so I'll just let you know, and anyone else who is seeing the thread for the first time, I am thrilled that the site has become as popular as it has, particularly so quickly. It has always been my intention for this to be a community resource that everyone, new vapers like yourself, and veteran vapers looking to try out a new vendor or some new flavors, can utilize to gain a greater understanding of what they might expect from a certain juice before shelling out their hard-earned money for it.

In that regard, I am always open to hearing any feedback, suggestions, comments, questions, etc related to the website, and if you have any questions about vaping in general, I'm happy to help with that as well. I've been going strong for 3 years now, which means I began in the stone age of vaping when we used teabags and blue aquarium foam as cartridge filler, but you probably don't even know what a cartridge is, and for that, I envy you. I know how hard it is to get going without having someone to guide you through it and answer your questions...if I can be of any help at all, please don't hesitate to ask, be it here in the thread, by PM, or simply by emailing me using the "All Other Inquiries" link on the sidebar of my website.

Thanks again for dropping by and taking a look.

I'm still loving my Cup of Joe here. :) Don't remember if you got a chance to try it the other day. But be warned, it's quite the atty gunker. Gotta clean my Vivi Nova head about every 3rd tank. :\

Thanks. I love coffee flavors and I agree - it is hard to get an authentic coffee flavor. There are some I've found tho.

I really like this website chefjosh! Coming from a new vaper with no prior experience, this site really helps a lot with the massive amount of juice vendors there are. Being overseas doesn't help when choosing either, because if I don't like the flavor, I've gotta wait for at least a week and a half before I can get more. Definitely helps with the picking and choosing.

Just a quick, public "Thank You" to HawkeyeFLA for introducing me to a new vendor, Vapors Choice, out of Ohio, I believe. A good selection of flavors arrived in my PO Box this AM and based on how they smell already, I suspect very little steeping time is going to be necessary on most of them, but I'll give 'em at least as week to be safe.

If he sent the Keoke coffee, I would almost say two weeks for that one. Early on, it's just a very very strong coffee. A good steep and the french vanilla really starts to shine. Tim's an amazing guy. Very supportive of the community and his customers.

Yup, the Keoke was included so I'll be sure to give that one (in addition to a couple others) a little extra time, but I realized that also gives me an opportunity for another coffee flavor like Kiwivap (and others) have been asking for. I'm also working on getting my hands on Cup of Joe, as well as some other Joe flavors...I think I only have one Joe posted and one waiting for review.

Thank for all the kind words folks...especially from the newer members and newer vapers, they are much appreciated.

As another side note, it was indeed a good day for vape mail. I got a text that I had new mail in my PO box again today. I guess they hadn't finished the sorting yet when I stopped by early this AM, maybe backed up from the holiday? I made it back over to find both my Boba's and Gorilla Juice waiting patiently for me...For the AVE fans out there, what kind of steeping time is recommended for those two flavors, 3 weeks or so?

I haven't tried that Keoke coffee one so will be interested to read what you think of it. The name has me intrigued.

I received some Boba's Bounty right before they moved. I tasted it right out of the box and it was good, but I thought it was better a few days later. Then a few weeks later it seemed to be milder in flavor as if some flavor was lost. I'm blaming myself for perhaps not shaking the heck out of it at first...I mean I shook it, but maybe not enough? just not sure how the flavor can dim after a few weeks, when most of my stuff becomes so much better after steeping a few weeks. I might have had all the flavor on top right in the beginning? [Same thing happened with the Gorilla juice and Massive Choc Mint..it was way too strong at first, even though I shook them, then the strong flavor was mostly gone a few weeks later and they became dull. So bizarre! I'm liking the milder MCM and Gorilla LOL.

I've heard the opposite.. might wanna try it both ways before you write your review?

Yeah, I've been slowly working my way through a few ml since last night, making sure to save some for later (glad I went with a 12ml bottle), but I plan to start writing the review tomorrow and holding it. I'll keep tasting over the next couple of weeks, but like searching4answers mentioned, and I've heard from several people now, it gets weaker as it ages.
