Nice review! Pretty much spot on as far as my taste buds tell me. The heavy throat hit was the only thing that turned me and my fiance off on vaping when we first started, the first two bottles of juice we bought were very harsh, then we got a bottle of poached pear and sweet mystery and started loving it cause the flavor was fantastic but it didn't give us sore throats. =)

Yeah, the Poached Pear was good...very sophisticated flavor.
The Sweet Mystery will (hopefully) be ready in time for the next update, but right now, it's a pretty long review and needs quite a bit of reworking before it's ready for posting. Pipe tobacco w/o the tobacco...Very good analogy...I wish I had thought of that!
There are definitely some very similar flavors to pipe tobacco with the sweet cocoa and cherry notes, another very sophisticated juice, but darker than poached pear, for sure. I also worked on CeeB for a bit, but only jotted down a few notes. Between, the Poached Pear, the Sweet Mystery, and the CeeB, my palate needed a break from all the deep, sophisticated, juice, so I opted for something a little lighter and grabbed a White Peach, and something else that I can't remember to work on over the weekend. I can usually go w/o a TH...totally not mandatory for my vape, but I've talked to some folks who vape for nothing other than the feel smoking. One guy I know vapes nothing but a pretty harsh, super powerful menthol...been at it for years and has rarely even tasted anything else.

Thanks JENerationX! I appreciate it...It's such an unusual flavor I wasn't really sure what to expect, but it was a fun review for me to write. No doubt, Pharmboy does some very nice work, but I still wasn't quite ready to go back to the deep, dark flavors today so I stuck with the light and fruity. I think tomorrow I'll get back to work on CeeB...Black Sundae too if I manage to get that CeeB wrapped up.
Your reviews have been great to read. I dont buy a lot of juice as i diy but i have picked up a few and your always dead on

Thanks for the kind words, but I do have to say that, when I began this website, I had hoped it would help to keep people from spending money on juice that they may not like, and thus, save a few bucks. It was never my intention to help you to spend money you may not have otherwise spent

it's funny how taste buds differ, i didn't taste mint at all, but did taste a light citrus, with other non-berry sweet fruit notes. I couldn't identify any other individual flavor components, because I'm just not good at isolating and identifying flavors, especially when the flavor notes shift and change during the inhale and exhale. I recognize them when others identify them, but can't name them myself (there's a reason i don't write reviews.."i really like it, and think you will too" does not a review make).

Yeah the mint I get is different than any I've previously had in an ejuice. It's not menthol, it's just straight up fresh mint, and there's only a very slight hint of it. I think the citrus you mentioned is the sweet tart flavor I get...maybe a touch of grapefruit? I wish I had time to vape thru 100ml of it until I nailed it.

While the site has evolved quite a bit since it launched in May, saving vapers money on juice they won't like, and introducing them to juice and vendors they might, has always been my top priority. I'm glad you found the website, and I'm thrilled you're finding it to be a useful resource! Thanks for taking a look, and come back often...there's always lots of juice waiting for review and new reviews are being added as often as possible.
