What are they officially called?

You can look for them as any of the below, and they should pop up in search results. If you google it, you'll see images of them, too. They're about an inch long (without a drip tip on it) and the diameter of a ciggy.

Glad to help. I just used mine again last night when I was trying out 3 new recipes. Worked like a charm as long as I only put about 3 drops in one each time I made a change in the recipe and wanted to taste it again then.
