Just cleaned my batteries..

What a difference in quality! I also cleaned the air vents with a pin..

I used these cotton squares from walgreens which get between the threads a little better than a regular paper towel or a cloth..

2 for 5 at walgreens I think... 200 in a pack.. cheap and better clean IMO

Yes, I did. I poured some in the cap from the bottle and dipped a small section of the square into it..just enough to wet it a little and wiped around the thread..

It doesn't seem to me either that the batteries could get that dirty. Is from filling your own carts and flooding them or something? Just purchased some liquid to try filling but I'm afraid to if it might hurt the batteries.

I just cleaned out my carts and didn't think about the batteries. I have the same package here and will try cleaning with those. Thanks for the tip.

Put it this way, the cotton square I used to clean the thread had noticable black dirt on there after I was done.. Dont forget to wipe the inside of those autos too!

It makes a big difference when cleaning the air vents too... the draw becomes new as out of the box!

I feel that it performs alot better because the threads are clean and there is nothing to get in the way of the carto connecting to the battery.. If it builds up too much, the battery will seem weak IMO..

Ever get e-juice on your fingers? Then you know how sticky & gunky it feels.

Our VKs are vaporizing that same juice. The vapor can and does go everywhere and condenses on the battery connector. Even if you never refill a carto and never have one leak, it still finds it's way there.

Just my opinion. It's worth exactly what you paid for it.
