its not a problem xtreme, I made it like this. If you dont like it I cant make new caps and send you one. But I just thought that this is not a serious matter to discuss in details. I could make 2 holes, or 4 holes, or 6 slots or anything else inside the cap. Nothing changes, nothing that you can actually see or care for

I think people here have gone a little to far short of lynching imeo because he made a different internal end cap true he shouldn't have done it people all paid for the same thing therefore we should all get the same device granted but he has offered to fix the problem at his own expense and shouldn't that be the end of it if anything people have gained a extra end cap and button because he is trying his best to make us happy and rectify his error yeah I'm new into the gg scene and have heard of errors made in the past but from what I have seen he is doing everything he can to make us happy
holes were made when I start making justGG fry. But as you know, I keep thinking of ways to make it different while production is still going and thats why I made the channel to the rest of caps. Weight was the reason and I have said it that already on forum. I tried to save 6gr. That cost me more money because slot is more expensive. But I didnt ask you for more money as you see. I could leave holes there and noone would complain and of course I could keep the extra money for me but I didnt.

so the problem is Ithaka leaking from glass window yankee? Mine doesnt leak, thats why I removed o-rings from there. But as you know, first batch of Ithaka had o-rings around clear window, so why dont you put those o-rings back on the clear window?

It is great to want to make update and improve design... But if a design has not been released yet and an update is made ~ all should get update... So why are some of us getting the holes?

I didnt change the external look because you have to receive what you see. But the internals can change a little if they are not totally different than what you saw on video. Thats of course my humble opinion.
I say again that if you receive the cap with holes and you dont like it, I will send you another one, without the need to return me the first one. But holes are the same as GGTS and I think that when I made them you liked them a lot

errors happen because I always make new things. GG is all about innovation and innovation is something that can bring issues but big satisfaction too. Other people just make things that exist without risking anything. They just make what others made first. I dont work like that as you may know

I respect that you care about my feelings...I feel I am beating a dead horse. I have expressed to you why I am upset.
I am happy to reiterate if it pleases you:
1) I have always been happy with the GG line and not complained about anything until Ithaka.
2) Ithaka was promised to be the best of the best in all the world. Plastic on the ithaka was expressed as not welcomed, yet we had plastic...we had to additionally buy SS in order to have what we originally wanted.
3) SS tanks that we bought do not work well and randomly leak but continuously you state it is not possible yet I don't have 1 ithaka that hasn't leaked at some point somewhere on the seaming of the tanks...whether it be the bottom portion near the cuts or the top cap where there is a slight gap or somewhere in between. I don't live in some special altitude or barometric pressure that is making this issue exclusive to me.
4) promises that the universal drip tip was to come with the ithaka and someone took a pole which I didn't participate in because it wasn't a pole that YOU came up with yet it changed how much money i had to spend on the ithaka to get what was available...minor but still frustrating
5) original ready wires were fantastic then all of a sudden in fall of last year they changed...they were not as good. When this was brought up you denied that they were of a lesser quality and I just let it go because I didn't want to say otherwise. Then I find out from YOU that the wires have in fact changed and that you have been getting them from china...I don't mind paying for quality but when you change from great original premade to lesser quality china made wires but don't alter the price, it's a big let down.
So here I sit...typing this again...no resolution to my 8 leaky ithakas that I purchased at the beginning of the year...waiting for some miracle oring that bruce is sending to us to hopefully fix the issue and looking for alternatives to vaping because the product I have can't be used without a mess. I understand when things go wrong...i have worked with you in the past on getting things fixed and all was good but when you can't admit there is a problem, there is no possible solution. I am just so tired of saying the same thing or hearing someone else have the same issue and everyone saying that we are the only ones or there isn't any possibility of an issue because guess what??? I have issues with the ithaka...

Don't need to convince me mate I spent 450 dollars on a complete setup based on your reputation and your ability to make stunning devices my ithaka has proven that and I'm sure my just gg will too
why not xtreme? In the past some people were complaining that all GG are the same and we need some personal touch on them. Thats one personal touch for example.
But its not an update, its a change that doesnt affect anything xtreme. I am almost sure that if I had made a channel in first place and then holes, you would ask me why you have to receive the channeled instead of the holed one.
Ok, maybe you and other friends didnt understand well the situation and thats why this trouble happened suddenly. All the preorders will have channels because thats what I send to my sellers in first place. The rest of justGG that will go up for sale will be mixed.
How would you like us to go about making a request for latest version of slotted venting cap?
