Imeo few things I should say:

1- why not make one tube equal in size to the 2 small tubes. Just make it as an option. And make on its both ends different finish so it hides the cut between top tube and this extension :D just an idea take it or leave it :D

2- dont give up on mechanicals. Maybe you will come up with different designs, buttons, collector tank etc... Maybe a new version of ggtb or slim.

Plating is bad, and with silver the performance isn't even noticeably improved. Less maintenance maybe, but very comparable with the new brass. To really notice something I think you'd have to have a full silver mod, but I might be wrong. Even if this was possible, I think it would be going too far.
Regarding this, do you know the name of the grade of the new brass? I've looked around and saw that there were a lot of them. I like to know what I buy.
Thanks :)

JustGG come to daddy! :D

I don't know if its a good idea GTBB, I just see this more and more often on higher end mods. It is supposed to be much better for connectivity. Have never experienced for myself. Was just curious to hear Imeo's thoughts on the subject!

"Thats why its my last mechanical mod. Nothing better can be done and thats why I will move on electronics after that"
Doesn't sound like it. It will be the last run of JGG.

new alloy is aluminium brass Guts.

Exactly as you said about plating. I first did it before 3-4 years and I will never do it again, it peels off and problems start all over.

Silver gives a so small better conductivity that no human can notice. Plating is just useless and make you feel bad when it will peel, conductivity will go very bad and also you have to spend money to replate it or buy new contacts.

plating brings problems and nothing else
