Imeo hasnt said much about that electronic part Itshak. Not sure what to make of it. Is it a part of Proteus? If Imeo does it I will be interested!

You are right will have to see.
Today I can manipulate the resistence to suite my needs so there is no problem there that I must have
High voltage, unless I will preffer some high resistence coil.
On the other hand if I need high resistence coil for some resone then electronic gives you more
Flexibilty in this.

Just get some vaping under your belt for now and learn at a healthy pace.
:2c: + :2c: = .04 :)[/QUOTE]

Those of us who went to CNC high scool before years,
learn in the first year combined with electricity,
And technical drawing, have some of this knowledg but future of vaping will not depaned on
Getting A first year technical scool basic knowledge:
That 1 ohm + 1 ohm = 0.5 ohm in parallel
But in serial connection = 2 ohm.
This is good for this time but future vapers will not remember that there was time like
That very soon and I think it's fine, it's part of progress
General knowledge is allways wellcome, but a lot of pepole are very busy with other things
In life and dont have the spare time or extra capasity to spare for this,
Or they dont want it for other reason.
The progress will bring quality options for all fellow vapers, for those who want DIY
Or for those who want all include, systems.

Panasonic NCR18650PF is the new king from what I'm hearing , similar to the 18650PD that Bish reviewed but with improved chemistry for safety .

I can tell you what I said about the topic. I don't discourage the practice of stacking. I say use caution to understand what happens. Having a background or not doesn't automatically translate to automatic safety. Running can be fun. But you should learn how to walk first.
How many have actually seen the results of stacked batteries with bad results? How many have taken the time to maybe try to determine what went wrong?
Stack them. They have a purpose and a place. Sometimes the lack of knowledge can be scary because it automatically translates to "being the cool thing to do. Hell everyone does it".

It seems to me that everyone has a different opinion on stacking batteries Idaho. When I first joined the forum a lot of people I saw post discouraged the practice. However quite a few people do it regularly! I can't even conceive of the difference that higher voltage vaping makes, if any. I'm not trying to push the boundaries, just trying to learn what they are, so I do not cross them!

I honestly have no opinion on the matter. I have no reason to stack batteries. I don't care if someone does, live and let vape. I guess I don't roam the threads of those encouraging or discouraging the practice.
I am more curious why my buddy JJ is even on the topic :). Like I said, learn ohms, watts, volts, coils and mechanical devices grasshopper.

now back to our regularly scheduled program - JGG

Dear Imeo,

This is the first time I write in this forum and it is to defend you about the engravings subject.
The ones who complain are the ones who rather prefer great logo made with cheap lazer printing than much more expensive real engraving that you chose.

They need an expensive mod with nice looking pictures printed only to show off. They don't realize the R&D needed to propose innovations.

I'm sure if you decided to propose 2 versions and only one with the "to my good friend "
Most of people would have chosen this one in the end just because of the "unique" aspect it gives to the part !

At least I can show off to be your good friend.

Please don't be ...... off by people who want to change you. The GG us not marketing specialist and I personally don't want your "business" to go this way.

I was very disappointed seing several comments and wanted to send you these words.
I love your products as they come.

It is a pity they don't come so often and there is no stock.

Keep up and thanks a lot for all you brought to world of vaping, you don't deserve such comments.

Best regards,

Sebastian there is no need to say that an opinion about engravings is wrong. No one has any ulterior motive. It is just people prefer different things. For example, I like Wings to be vertical when GGTS is on a table because I want the wings to show in the right direction when I am vaping, and this is when I hold GGTS horizontally. I believe that wings have more space when they are along the tube and not going around it. There is nothing wrong with this. You like to see your wings in the right direction when its sitting, I like me and other to see them when vaping. A vertical engraving allows people to read cleary "The GG" when I am vaping it which is nice. To each its own. And it is not only my opinion but also of many veterans here on the forum. What this talk about wanting cheap engravings, it has nothing to do with that. Anyway when I receive the JGG we will see how it goes. I did not like the horizontal engravings on the last batchof GGTS because it left spaces and was not in symmetry with the wings. Hope JGG will be better.

EDIT:
PS: Again stressing the point, engravings should look good when vaping and not when sitting. A GGTS is never sitting!!

I too prefer old school orientation. I think what people fail to realize is that opinions are sharing your opinions on a forum. If opinions and personal taste has become a put down or insulting, then why bother having a forum? A few individuals don't want to my friend. That's an opinion and I believe they should be entitled to stating that. To my friend doesn't bother me until the words "my friend" are thrown around loosely and with sarcasm. And if I prefer engravings to follow the tube length that's my opinion. That doesn't mean I'm insulting the maker or his choice of how he engraved them.

I agree Yankee. Its impossible to make something that all people will like. Maybe I am influenced by the fact that most people that dont like it are people that never bought a GG or they just like to say nonsense around. Unfortunately I have bad experience with this suff as you know

aalwani,

Yes, you are right, I like the engravings of GGTS as well, exactly for the same reason you mentionned.

My post was not devoted to explain you were wrong, we are on a forum and you have the right to give your opinion !

My post was to explain Imeo that he is very good in what he does, whatever the engravings. "To my good friend" is a good idea as long as it is how the artist want the final product to be.

I was complaining at people who were dispointed not to see something like Nemesis : a great picture printed with laser, which is very cheap and has not any meaning but marketing abstractness. JGG has this personnal affection aspect that I will like.

I was complaining at people who were afraid to get a supermarket list on their mod, is this really something we can say to a guy who brought so many things to the vaping community. It was disrespectful and If I was Imeo I would not feel quite good about reading this after having given so many effort in the R&D and production. People comments , comment, always comment, they even have no pieces in hands to give a reliable opinion and they are disrespectful.

We are customers, we always have the right not to buy. If they don't like they can spend their time talking about the "copy" mods they like.
We are on a forum, to give our opinion, but there is a limit, I think.

Your comments were interesting, it was not one of these.

Imeo, What you mean, "you know them on your forum". If you mean French people, I can understand what your point, it doesn't surprise me, I don't communicate on the french forum but I can guarantee you that there are also good guys here in France.

There are good people and bad people everywhere.

To be honest I don't think such comments came from French people communicating on the French forum. There are almost only interesting comments on the JGG french thread.

I'm confused Imeo. I was referring to Somo preferring no TMF engravings. He is certainly entitled to his opinion and I respect that because taste is subjective. Not sure what you mean by never bought a GG, etc.
There was a poster that wanted you to keep your head up because you should not be offended at others taste. I'm not quoting. I was simply addressing different taste and opinions.

I guess I don't understand this point... when you're vaping, your hand and fingers are covering all of the engravings so no one can see it.

Imeo, I'm not sure to understand you correctly either. On the "big" French speaking Forum there is quite a lot of people interested in the GG line. As for the engraving, some prefer the "older" ones, others not. It's a matter of personal taste. And everybody is entitled to speak of his/her opinion. But, I know for a fact that there is many of JustGG pre-orders placed by members of our French Forum .

And I second Sebastien when he says that : "I don't think such comments came from French people communicating on the French forum. There are almost only interesting comments on the JGG french thread."
