Ok, I think that I will do it skiba. The danger would be to have brass all day in mouth like brass mouthpieces. But having brass on a CT is not so bad if we think that we already have brass connectors and that liquid doesnt come back from CT to wick so easy

Brass collector tank is a must... Imeo you can simply put a warning on it of the dangers you feel this implies.. seriously 90% of us don't care. I have used a brass control tank before and have 2 from another modder.. nothing compared to your quality and it was perfectly fine. Even with atomizers that did leak. It didn't bother me. The look was awesome.

Good thing is you have already given everyone a proper SS so this is a demand but you have the back up that you are against it BUT if you all insist then it's at your own risk... If you don't make them Imeo someone else will and that someone else shouldn't be able to benefit from this.

This will be the last time for mechanicals and the JustGG is the last so why not let us have a brass control tank that we will all treasure
and have all wanted for soooo long.

Imeo, I usually never ask ahead about your creations but, I have too ask this. Will your VVGG have a side button to match past GG's?
I am not sure why I would like to know and am sorry if it is too early to tell us.

Regarding the replacement SS CT I think you have to charge whatever your costs are. You are a small company and a recall can hurt you more than €3 or €5 can hurt each one of us. I'm sure most of the guys will agree to pitch in to help out with the cost. This is only my opinion of course but I hope it has acceptance so we can pass from the talk to the production

Btw, how much do you think a very limited production of solid silver JGG would cost?

The large top brass contact and adjustable brass pin make for perfect contact to any existing native GG atty complemented perfectly by the new lid with the built in 510 contact to accommodate any 510 devise perfectly flush.

Ody cant fit on justGG because its GGTS base is long Guts. You have to use Ody with its 510 base or with Ithaka's base

Imeo this is really bad news . I cannot use the 510 lid because the bases of these atomizers have slots and I will not be able to use air control as it should. Can't you do something about it? Especially that i have odys and iatties that are without 510 bases

EDIT: Plus you specifically made the center pin adjustable in a way to reach iatty pin and Ody pin. This is what you said before...

yes, I did say that aal. But then I thought that making justGG longer just for Ody, wouldnt be a very wise decision, thats why I made the adjustable pin on collector tank to fit Ody but with Ithaka's base.

aal, I've been vaping for the last 30 min my Ody v2 with GGTS base on the JustGG JUST fine buddy. It works like a charm you just need to adjust the CT pin a bit and it hit's like a freight train

I'm telling you I'm vaping it right now and it's flush and works perfectly. It also works with and 18650 on it's own and an 18500 with the Kick2.

Guys, I didnt make Ody's GGTS base to fit on justGG. Only Ithaka fits there or Ody with Ithaka's base. Anyway, if you like to have your Ody fit on justGG with its own base and not Ithaka's base, I can make Ody bases and send them to you at half of my cost, that is very cheap. But why dont you try Ithaka's base on Ody? Its a so easy solution

I am going to the machine shop to see what is going on and I will contact you later about justGG CT and Ody base.

ok, I just came back from machine shop and we found the problem. It was the fact that I had to be right on the delivery dates that I gave you, so I send half of collector tanks to another machine shop. As you saw, its work was not the proper one, thats why I always avoid to make a partnership with other machine shops. My machine shop is the best in Athens and I will stick with it from now on. No more mistakes.

The solution is that I will send CT to my sellers and everyone with a problem will ask them for a new CT.

ps...... While I was thinking the last few hours of ways to make Ody and Iatty (with their native GGTS base) sit flush on justGG and also still save the few mm of its length as it was my first plan, I found a way to do that. And I will send to my sellers all the remaining CT and the new ones too that I am making now, so you will be able to have your Ody and your Iatty on your justGG without a problem.

I will make some of them just for people that like it that way Guts. But first I need to make the new collector tanks.

I have to say again that the half of collector tanks have a real problem because they machined on another shop. But the other half have no problem at all. They dont fit Ody and Iatty with their native GGTS base because I made them like this to save some mm on justGG. So half of you dont have a problem with your CT.

But, I found a way to make a CT to fit Ody and Iatty with its native GGTS bases without increasing the length of it.

As for the cost of collector tanks that have a real problem and because I dont know how many have this real problem, I was thinking to charge a very small amount of money for all people, that is one euro per CT. Finally I decided to not charge anything even if half of people will have 2 working tanks like this.

Are you crazy Imeo, charge everyone 3 euros!! Everyone has paid 165 Euros minimum, I don't think they will object for 3 euros to have peace of mind!! Anyone?

EDIT: If you're saying the good ones should not screw Ody and iatty well, how do we know if we have the good ones or bad ones?

No reason for people without an Ody-native GGTS base or an Iatty-native GGTS base to ask for a new CT Yankee. They can do it only when they will need it but I doupt that they will ever need this because Iatty and Ody are out of production.

But when they will need it they can have it at any time, thats a warranty from me.

ps...... we mustnt forget that justGG works just fine with Ithaka, so no reason for panic here

Anyway, 1 euro is not our issue here. The issue is to try to make those CT as soon as possible for Ody-Iatty users with native GGTS bases. Thats what I focus on now.

I am trying to figure out this puzzle. Every post the story changes. I am certain that every person that preordered justGG was definitely under the impression that not only Ithika but all previous GG devices ~ Odysseus, Iatty, UFS ~ will fit perfectly flush on their justGG with native GGTS base.

First we hear a member say Ody does not fit, then CaptSteve tells us how perfect Ody fits and hits like a freight train. Etc.

The GG is a piece of art ~ they almost never lose their value ~ You engrave all of your devices with your famous "made by Imeo” signature and wings. This makes GG highly collectible. Many newcomers including myself have said they hope to acquire all of your previous creations one day.

How can you say that Ody and Iatty are out of production. What about all the people that trade and sell GG devices and the many GG fans that are willing to pay top dollar to buy the praised Ody or Iatty ~ what a disappointment to find out that they don’t fit justGG. Imeo ~ where will you be when they realize that they need the new CT?

I believe that anyone that wants a new CT is entitled to have one on every justGG’s they own and should not have to wait. In my opinion there should not be any charge for this under the circumstances. However, if you feel you need to charge some minimal fee ~ so be it.

P.S. As far as not forgetting that Ithika fits on justGG ~ This is a relief ~ No one is panicking ~ some are just upset at these unexpected change of events and what we are being told makes no sense.

for me I can live happly without a brass CT. (the ODY competibility is diffrent issue!)

the reason for this is that we are in "medieval times" of the vaping era and evry autoroties
and tobaco industries is looking to find some fals blame to put on the e-cig industrie,
and I'm in no intent to give them this reason.

I intent on using the brass stealth cap and keep the Ithaka base as a collector TANK!
as it realy look as fine to me.

but It would be nice if I could somehow use the new JGG slick AR on the Ithaka base to perfect the look.
think I'm gonna try grind one to give it a slick look,will see what I'll come up with,
when I get my orders at last.

If there is a way to make the inside of the Brass CT includs threeds full SS
so we can enjoy GGTS connection I'll may change my mind!
but it will look from outside allmost the same as Brass Stealth cap with Ithaka base.

You can either remove the small cap or the small plastic inside an put the small cap again on axis

I have not received my JustGG yet but seems like there is a lot of confusion about what fits and what does not and if it will have holes or a cut in it. I really dont know what to think right now i am hoping when mine arrives the ody fits still use it as backup and secoundary vape and that the ct tank has the cut not the holes. Will see

Imeo, can you not make a brass ct but internal will be stainless steel? I mean, others I believe have done this like senio on the senesis.....if I'm mistaken then I do apologise but I'm certain I've seen it done.
They both will need to be thin though in order not to affect the size

If only the threads were done SS that would be perfect for me (like the brass stealth cap).
As I already said, I don't vape the liquid that goes into the CT, I just wipe it off like most people.
Remember that you still have the brass contact inside it and you don't even worry about it

Anyone have a link to the specifics of the dangers of using brass? I'm interested in specifics, what happens, when do things happen, and how big of a concern is it?
Even though I'm not a brass CT advocate, I do use copper connectors in my GGTS CT, because they perform the best.
