Also, another issue that was brought up was regarding the tarnishing of the connections in the CT. I personally don't think that will be an issue simply because the connection points aren't exposed enough to promote corrosion. If someone is worried about how "pretty" the inside of their device is you should certainly stick with the SS and not use brass at all. Here are some photo's of my Brass JGG after 3 days of use. I do NOT plan to polish as I enjoy the look. They also show the status of the threads which remain unchanged while being held in my sweaty hands constantly.

Anyway, do whatever you guys want - but Imeo.. I'm 100% satisfied with my Just GG.. I love it!

I'm not a huge fan of Brass anyway... I mean don't get me wrong.. it looks beautiful.. but my skin somehow tarnishes Brass like something fierce. Honestly sometimes I feel like my super power is the ability to tarnish brass very fast. Flight? No.... you've got brass tarnishing abilities.

CT is not the same as Stealth cap.
In the new Stealth cap the 510 threads are SS (as far as I'm aware
correct me if I'm wrong) so the only brass part that come in contact
With the juice is Center post,that mean most of the reservoir is SS.

To get real idea on the tarnish expected of inner Brass CT is to look on Center Posts
And not battery holder.
The condition of humadity and heat and chemicals exposure on battery tube are not the same
to those that will occur inside CT.

Yep, the new brass alloy sucks for external use imho, but it is the BOMB for internal contact points...FAR less cleaning needed.

I am trying to figure out this puzzle. Every post the story changes. I am certain that every person that preordered justGG was definitely under the impression that not only Ithika but all previous GG devices ~ Odysseus, Iatty, UFS ~ will fit perfectly flush on their justGG with native GGTS base.

First we hear a member say Ody does not fit, then CaptSteve tells us how perfect Ody fits and hits like a freight train. Etc.

The GG is a piece of art ~ they almost never lose their value ~ You engrave all of your devices with your famous "made by Imeo” signature and wings. This makes GG highly collectible. Many newcomers including myself have said they hope to acquire all of your previous creations one day.

How can you say that Ody and Iatty are out of production. What about all the people that trade and sell GG devices and the many GG fans that are willing to pay top dollar to buy the praised Ody or Iatty ~ what a disappointment to find out that they don’t fit justGG. Imeo ~ where will you be when they realize that they need the new CT?

I believe that anyone that wants a new CT is entitled to have one on every justGG’s they own and should not have to wait. In my opinion there should not be any charge for this under the circumstances. However, if you feel you need to charge some minimal fee ~ so be it.

P.S. As far as not forgetting that Ithika fits on justGG ~ This is a relief ~ No one is panicking ~ some are just upset at these unexpected change of events and what we are being told makes no sense.

BUT - My Ody 1 and my Iatty GG Iatty base fits the Just GG FINE.. Both screw right on the CT. It seems perhaps the other machine shop Imeo used may have not made them exactly right. When Imeo says he will take care of it - he will take care of it.

If Capt. Steve says his fits - it fits. If I say mine fits it fits - end of story. I assume you all forgot about the Prototype pics I posted.

Pictures dont lie - NOW, I am going back a few days to see what other funny business has been going on.

its not a problem xtreme, I made it like this. If you dont like it I cant make new caps and send you one. But I just thought that this is not a serious matter to discuss in details. I could make 2 holes, or 4 holes, or 6 slots or anything else inside the cap. Nothing changes, nothing that you can actually see or care for

Seems some are trying to stir the pot over a ridiculous detail. If you had changed the CR to knurled or changed the engravings I could see people voicing their concern. Not holes or slots in a bottom cap.

you are correct that the threads are SS, however the bottom pin of the new brass stealth cap is still brass and if the atty leaks it would see the brunt of corrosion. I look down into my stealth cap now that I have been using for several months now and lo-and-behold.



Shiny as new. No sign of any tarnishing and as stated before, I don't clean my brass. The last time this was in the ultrasonic was about a month ago.

My Ody GGTS base doesnt fit on justGG Steve. You got the magic base???????????

Guys, I didnt make Ody's GGTS base to fit on justGG. Only Ithaka fits there or Ody with Ithaka's base. Anyway, if you like to have your Ody fit on justGG with its own base and not Ithaka's base, I can make Ody bases and send them to you at half of my cost, that is very cheap. But why dont you try Ithaka's base on Ody? Its a so easy solution

I didnt say it guts, thats true. But after more thought, I decided to make it like this to save a few mm. I just forgot to announce it on forum.

Like Ody or Ithaka? The reason I ask is becouse the post on my Provari's or other mods after full month
Were not looking like that at all!
They were blackend with gunk that I could polish off, only by using some fine 12,000 grit micromesh.
Know if this stealth cap were use full time 24/7 you make a point,if it was light used,
Then its not an argument becose the brass can take this time and stay bright,if not
In contact with liquid and heat all time.
