OK, rite after I posted yesterday I realized that I didnt push the tank cart in all the way lol, being my fisrt time using the tank system I didnt want 2 force it and accidentally break anything. Well as soon as I had it set in rite, ECSTASY ensued lol. Vapor production was great, throat hit was great, and WOW the flavor was intensified sooo much. I thought what I vape tasted good before, now its 10x better and more flavorful, no more burnt flav or dryness, just a nice warm smoothe strong vape. I luv how easy they are 2 fill, and the simple convenience of it is another perk. Less time having to refill or top off, well theres no really "topping this cart off" just simply filling it up. I have transparent clear carts so u can see how much liquid u have inside. This took my eGo equipment to the next level and would highly recomend it to anyone, new or not.

@zenoland-I read somewhere that leakage can be caused by some tank attys having a bigger spike inside them than others, making the hole punched out too big so taking a tank cart used on 1 atty and using it on another one could be ya prob. Hope tht helps, try using a fresh cart on the atty thts leaking and compare the hole punched out 2 a cart used on the previous atty.

LOL. I did the exact same thing! When I finally pushed it in far enough to hear the 'click' everything was perfect. Loving the tank system.

The eGo-T atomizers are cones and the same diameter as a eGo/Riva battery, I would think it -may- work? But doubt you would want to use them on small batteries like that. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a small battery. Same goes for the eGo XL stuff I would think. Same thread size, but made for different battery types. So technically interchangeable but not practical.

Here's a video with the eGo-T on a small 510. Funny looking, but it works. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/ask-veterans/157275-ego-tank-question.html Scroll down a couple of posts. Kinda makes it look like a "pen style" e-cig.

I recently bought an ego, if I want to try the tank system do I need to buy the entire tank kit or just a different atty/battery thanks!

NEvermind, just found the answer in thread :

Yes it is. I use a Riva with eGo-T atties and carts and it works fine. Most 510 parts are interchangeable, the eGo-T stuff can be used with an eGo, eGo-T, Riva, Tornado, or any other similar 510 batteries"".

Just thought I'd add I am really enjoying the eGo-T atomizer and cart on my Riva 510! No leaks so far and I've been using 2 different tanks with different flavors: Johnson Creek's (red oak) Tennessee Cured and Vaperite's Kona Cream. Both liquids are pg-free, but not super thick. They have been wicking fine. If anything, there are times when the vapor is so dense that it almost tastes like I got juice in my mouth with the Kona Cream. I seemed to have self-adjusted my draw as it has been happening less and less. That or the atomizer broke in and it has changed a bit since I first started using it.

I love my eGo-T atomizers, when they work. If I could figure out what's making them leak, I'd be in heaven. I got 4 of them yesterday. Two are prone to leaking; the other two do well.

Having the same leaking issue and it is completely maddening!!! My hubby's work fine, but mine too often leaks liquid down the atty and batt, down my hand and dumps gobs into my mouth! No matter what i do, same deal ( and w/ vg, pg, and a mix). Such a huge disappointment. I have a replacement coming so I still have faith ... In the meantime, I have wasted 1/2 ounce of juice!

I purchased the Tornado-T from TW. I have only had it for about 24 hrs and I think it is soo much better that my 510. Once I finished off the primer, I could immediately taste my Arctic Ice from VB. OMG It tastes so much better than it did in my 510. I unfortunately am very low on my AC from TV, and i could probably only get 1 - 2 tank fulls out of it. So I have yet to test it out. But I am sure it will taste amazing!

I have 3 more Atties, another pack of carts and 2 1000 mAh batteries coming from Liberty Flights, lol.

The draw is a little stiff at times on a Riva battery, which I believe Scottbee mentioned he used a dremel tool to mod his atties and loosen it up a bit, or suggested untwisting it slightly, which is what I do. Thinking the eGo-T batteries I am getting should not have that same issue.

Yeah, I don't have it tightened down all the way on my Riva either. That allows me to turn the atomizer so the mouthpiece is lined up horizontally with the button without moving the tank around. I was worried that twisting the tank around while on the atomizer may loosen the connection and cause leaks.

Got my eGo kit 3 days ago, along with a eGo-T atomiser and a couple of blank eGo-T carts. The eGo-T system is so much easier! I wish I had ordered a straight eGo-T kit and saved myself a heap on cartomisers, atomisers, fillers etc. At least I have backup spares if needed.

My partner and I have smoked a couple of analogues to finish the packet, we haven't had an analogue now since yesterday lunch (now 7:30am). First time waking up with no analogues in the house, now having a coffee with my eGo-T Marlbro USA Mix.. no cravings for cigs or anything, amazing how vaping satisfies the cig withdrawal feeling.. a few puffs on the eGo and its gone.. We are both hooked, mum (69 - Smoked analogues 40 years) wants one ordered today! Thanks again to EFC for a wealth of information!

LOL! I know, but I've never tried it! I'm not very brave with juices. I just vape my Nuport juice and when I want to get crazy, go with a little peach.

LOL! You're like me; I stick with Wyatt Earp and pear (when I need a break)... that's pretty much it. Ok, sometimes I want menthol.

I twist the tanks just about every time I put one in, no sign on leaks or getting too loose. I think as long as you are not wobbling them back and forth it will be fine.
