Just got in the shorty, few questions

Hi there its been about a year since I've used e-cigs, and I just got the shorty in today 2 questions

1. do the batteries already come charged, because it took 3 minutes for the light to return to green on the charger.
2. The PCC case, does the light turn green when the case has the ability to charge a battery back to full?

Ditto to Dale's response. Just to clarify, there are two lights on the PCC; when the top one is green, the PCC is fully charged - if it is red, it can still charge a battery (unless it is dead of course), but should be plugged into your USB port to add charge eventually. The bottom button will turn red when you screw your PV battery into the PCC socket, then green when the PV battery is fully charged. Wanted to make sure you were aware you don't have to have the PCC on full green to use for charging PV batteries.

Couple interesting things, my year old carts from my last VK before i lost it a year ago and just went back to analogs still work, pretty good quality I must say, and this USB passthrough thing is pretty neat, but can I leave it plugged into my computer with no cart, or should I really disconnect it like the warning label says

If there's no cart, it should be no problem to leave plugged in. BUT JUST IN CASE, you should unplug it anyway, IMO.

gotta say after 2 days I'm really enjoying the size of this shorty, its a lot more comfortable in my hand than I remember the original VK was, and even more shocking I actually made it 48 hours without an analog without much effort at all, the flavor of the cowboy and the kamel really mimic the taste of regular cigarettes
