Jealous. My king still hits like a ...... I think it may have something to do with voltage drop. I used my multimeter on both the king and k100 but when the king is tested with resistance, no number shows when firing. But with the same atty I get results from the k100. I'm supposed to hear from Surefire today. Hopefully they'll have a solution.

I have a used Two tone SS one coming this week. Its possible yours has juice sticking the threads or Oring on the air control ring. Try running hot water on it. Or even dip the top in boiling water for a couple of minutes. try to loosen. Then go to freezer and repeat sooner or later the exp and contraction will loosen it up.

I use a good metal polish on my mechanicals. A clean shiny firing pin dose make a difference. When you get your air controller loose apply a little chap stick to the threads and Oring this will lubricate and prevent sticking.

Silver is something like 30% more conductive than copper but copper is 99.9 percent conductive so its really kind of unnecessary. Dont get me wrong its cool and all but your not missing anything with copper contacts.
