Huh. Hasn't happened at any of the sites I've been buying from so far. Not unexpected, though.
I'm sure this will be popping up more and more. If I didn't like their juice so much I wouldn't bother, but if I can still buy ejuice after 8/8 then I don't have an issue with it.

Wondering why Arkansas isn't mentioned anywhere on that list?
Anyway, no one has asked for age verification with me, and the only
thing I know Missouri has done was last year passed a law no sales to
minors. Missouri doesn't get all funny about stuff as a state, so to me
it sounds like these are the business rules, not states making them enforce them.
Maybe getting ready for what's down the road.
When the time comes, I will only have a couple of suppliers that
I will share age verification info with. Considering how many I've
purchased from over the years, this will leave many left out.

I was asked for my "blacked out" driver's license last week from a vendor in AZ who I had never bought from before. I had ordered the previous night, but after doing some research on those items, I was wishing I hadn't ordered them anyway. So, when I got the email requesting age verification, I just asked them to cancel the order. Had I really wanted the order, I would have complied with the request.

I see Texas isn't on that list ^. Anyhow, I thought I read there was some kind of national age verification database?

There are a number of online automated age verification services available for sellers to use, however the seller must pay for each verification. Large online sellers will likely turn to them to reduce paperwork and to speed a sale to completion. Small vendors might well decide to use the "fax your license" method, but if they do, they might lose the sale during that verification "gap".

I'm going to generate something like this and see how many times it's accepted before someone really takes a good look at it.

I see a lot of Canadians down here in Arizona during the winter. If I see a hairy, bulgy-eyed guy on a moped with Canadian plates this winter, I'll be sure and wave. :D:thumbs:

I looked up Virginia's laws for internet sales of tobacco/e-cigs: "Persons offering a tobacco product, nicotine vapor product, or alternative nicotine product for sale through mail order or the Internet are required prior to the sale of the product to verify that the purchaser is at least 18 years of age through a commercially available database that is regularly used by businesses or governmental entities for the purpose of age and identity verification; and use a method of mailing, shipping, or delivery that requires the purchaser's signature before the tobacco product, nicotine vapor product, or alternative nicotine product will be released to the purchaser."

That law went on the books in 2014. Does that apply to retailers in Virginia selling via the internet, or to retailers in any state selling to customers who live in Virginia?

I have yet to be asked to verify my age or been required to do a signature delivery. Here is the page (and you can scroll down to the section titled Internet Sales of Tobacco Products):

State Tobacco Cessation Coverage

BTW, VA has had two bills looking to tax vaping and both were struck down.

Hahahahaha:lol::lol::lol:

Edit:
You'll have to look in Texas instead. I'm going back home this summer.
You have my sympathy. I just got back from a week in Houston, and 100 degrees with 80% humidity is just not for me. I probably drank a gallon of water every day to keep up with the loss. My daughter is happy there, but she was even happier when she came home for the July 4th weekend and we were in the mid 80's all weekend.
