Just received my VK...question about cart/battery connection

Hello,

I am really excited as I just got my Vapor King in the mail. I noticed depending on how much I tighten the cart onto the (auto) battery, the draw seems to vary and I hear a difference in the sound of air hissing.

Are you supposed to tighten them down as tight as possible, or leave it half a thread or so undone? I notice some slots and air holes on the cart and the battery. Is anything supposed to line up?

Basically, you do whatever works for you.

Some say to line up the notch in the carto with the air hole. I've had better luck with just loosening.

I'm guessing you have auto batteries? I started out with the autos but prefer the manuals now because they don't seem to have the issue.

It doesn't really matter if anything lines up. I have both auto and manual batteries. Some of the newer one the threads are just tight. After you screw the cart in a few times they will screw in all the way easier. Just a break in of sorts. Just do whatever works best for your needs.

Adjust it until you get a draw that you prefer, I like a harder draw so I tend to tighten the carto until the air holes are mostly covered.
