Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, I appreciate it!

Hi Cat and welcome. Your story sounded a lot like mine. I lurked on the forums for weeks if not months reading/researching, and then took off running and experiencing good, better, and better still. I think it will get even better->amazing as my coiling skills improve. I do love my menthol though and had to start DIY to find a no-tobacco flavor menthol that was strong enough. With your writing skills you will be an asset to CASAA and ECF. My first RBA arrived this week and I finally got it up and running last night. I purchased the Hcigar replica of Taifun GT. So far so good with enough cotton through the sleeve to keep it from leaking out the air-hole. Second re-wick stopped the leak. It looks funny being so top heavy on my MVP2, but it tastes GREAT. Oh yeah, I was going to tell you a place to find the beauty ring for the MVP2. Try KidneyPuncher.

Hope you can find a peach ejuice you like. My fav fruit vape is a mix of watermelon and peach but mine is a sweeter vape. Happy vaping!

Thanks for the Kidney Puncher link. Turns out EV Cigarette sells them too, so I've got two US vendors I can go to. I might still go for Health Cabin, simply because I can use PayPal; without going into all the super-boring details, I'm between banks at the moment (no debit card) and I don't use credit cards, so PP is generally the most cost-effective way to order stuff online unless I get in a group buy with a couple friends. There's always the prepaid card option, but I avoid those unless absolutely necessary just because of all the ridiculous fees. At any rate, at least it's good to know I've got a couple of options!

BTW, thanks for compliment ;) . Writing is always something I've enjoyed, so it's no skin off my back to put that to good use for CASAA and that sort of thing. Funny thing though, in real life I've got a mouth that would make a sailor blush :D .

My Freedom Smokes has a really nice peach! I've tried it and after letting it steep a while, it came out pretty close to actual peach. Then I messed it up by putting Apple Crumble in my tank, not washing it out after gagging on it, then putting the peach in.... So now I have peach oatmeal .

Anyways, congrats on the switch and welcome! I'm fairly new, but always lurk around to learn some new stuff

Thanks for that, I might have to order some of their peach in the future. They're probably who I'd order from if I start DIY'ing my own juice, so I'll give their peach a shot sometime.

I hear what you say about mixing flavors though! I finished some key lime and didn't wash out my ProTank, filled it up with strawberry-kiwi and it was awful. You'd think it wouldn't be all that bad, but somehow those flavors combined to make something really gross!

Welcome aboard! It does have an effect like that on most people. I was the same way over a year ago. But the tank choices sucked so I was dripping onto a 306 atomizer lol. Technology has come a far way in the vaping world. My main weapon of choice now is a kayfun on top of a Hana modz dna20. Love that thing.
You can't go wrong with the kayfun and MVP though. Solid performer. Although you might end up going for something that delivers a bit more power later on. Some do and some don't however. My wife still uses an MVP to this day.

Anyway, welcome again and enjoy a new life of being smoke free.

I'm open to a better device, but I like a cooler vape so the lower wattage of the MVP is working out pretty well. I have thought about building a regulated box mod with a DNA chip or something though. I figure if I can build a tube guitar amp, I should be able to handle a mod ;) . Ack, so many projects!

Awesome introduction

CASAA is a great place to jump in and find out about all that is going on with the FDA. Kudos to you for really getting involved :D
Welcome to the forum :)

Thanks! I've been using the Google Keep plugin in Firefox to collect snippets of info I come across to use when I write my FDA comment. It's pretty handy for keeping track of stuff I think could be useful.
